Premium Spa Day at Cacheuta Hot Springs

The hot springs were amazing a much do activity in Mendoza. The tour operator on the other hand needs work.. there was suppose to be an English translator but there was none. They were suppose to pick us up from the spa at 6pm.. they arrived at 6:20pm with no explanation ..

The pools were lovely and the setting beside the river was fantastic. A perfect place for my daughter to relax after her trek up Mt Aconcagua. The facilities, massages and lunch were great. Exceeded my expectations.

Beautiful, peaceful , natural beauty. Friendly staff. I highly recommend staying the night there over a day visit. Great healthy food. Big rooms.

Fantastic place to come to in the middle of the mountains! Peaceful, with just enough people, and the river rushing right next to it. 1000 pesos for a bathrobe, and then you can borrow a towel for free. The lunch was huge, with all kinds of food, and cheap drinks. The transport there and back from Mendoza also worked well. We had a wonderful day, well worth the money!

The facilities were beautiful. We enjoyed the mountain views and the flowing river. We wished however that the river was somehow accessible since the majority of the pools were warm/hot and the “cold” one was not really cold. We also wished we could have been able to book other services (we were limited to only a half an hour massage). We loved the lunch buffet! There were a lot of healthy options. Overall we would def go back to enjoy a day of relaxation.

What a great experience this was. Nice hot springs, mud baths, and enjoy the day just relaxing and exploring the grounds. The lunch buffet was delicious with all sorts of options. The only thing that could have been improved was the description and ride out to the resort. Only reason that was said was that there were questions of what wouñd be needed to bring though i didnt really ask either and the other tours did such a great job of describing the areas as we passed it was almost to quiet on this one. Make sure you have swimsuit and sunscreen enjoy the time there and relax. Be sure to schedule a masage. It was the perfect way to end an adventurous trip to Mendoza.

The Cacheuta Hot Springs are incredible! A friend and I went in Dec/23 and, due to the extremely hot weather, we chose to stay in the colder waters (impossible to stay in the 40/42º fountains). Food and drinks are sold, and the experience is worth it!

The spa was great but had very poor communication from the tour operator leading up to and the day of, including them providing the incorrect pickup location. I would suggest booking directly with the hotel to save yourself the communication issues.

This is beautiful country! The river, the different spas, the ambience were terrific, and the staff was attentive and friendly. We had a nice buffet lunch also that was the best we had in Chile.
Overall, just a perfect day in the Andes.
