I was really impressed by the crowd, and what I loved even more was how each person gave me a warm welcome. The place was spotless - from the glasses to the bathrooms, and the tables were clean too. The dinner was delicious and I was pleasantly surprised to find out that the prices were very reasonable. The best part was that coffee was on the house! The staff was extremely polite and made sure that I had the best experience possible. Both the DJ and the chef came to each table to ask how everything was. Overall, it was an excellent experience. Would I recommend it? Absolutely, 100%!

Finding the dock was frustrating. There is no signage giving directions from any of the nearby streets. The food was average; nothing special about it. The music being played in the background was more for a nightclub rather than for dinning. For the cost, this was a poor experience. I do not recommend.

Booked this dinner cruise for my husbands birthday and had a lovely three course dinner. However, due to bad weather we were unable to leave the dock. Great communication from the company about organizing a voucher or refund.
Would book with this company again.

If I could give it ZERO I would!!!! Pure unorganized chaotic Information on meeting location was unclear…customer service was not knowledgeable about ANY details of the River cruise…where to go, what address, pier, street??Bunch of nincompoops!!!!! For $500 event for two, I expect 5star service and a real effort to assist customers. Word to the wise BOOK DIRECTLY WITH THE River cruise venue company.

I did not understand the cruise left at 7:30. At 7:32 I was late and did not get on. Because of your cancel policy ( which I was aware of) I am out $400
