The guide was kind and knowledgeable, as well as on time 😉 Additionally, having tickets that let us skip the lines was completely worth it, as well as being able to be there during the light shows. I would recommend this to anyone looking to see the Tower without all of the hassle you would expect with something so famous.

This tour is well worth it because you get to skip the line but also if your lucky like me we had an excellent guide who had a lot of answers and a lot of worthy information.
Like the Tower is currently being painted. It was suppose to be done before the Olympics next year but that's not happening but how about these facts. 1) it is being painted by a company consisting of 25 men only; 2) it will take 3 years to finish and 3) the cost of the job is $80 million Euro. Great trip

This booking was handled by Paris Trips, our guide was Yamir and he was great. The Eiffel Tower is a great experience and these folks handled the tours promptly and efficiently.

Our tour guide Raphael was fantastic! The experience was super easy, we met a block from the Eiffel Tower, where we received our tickets, and then walked together to the entrance. We did encounter some short lines through security and waiting for the elevator, but Rafael kept us entertained with some facts and trivia about the tower. We then proceeded directly to the second level where he pointed out some facts and history of Paris landmarks, which he also helped us find from our view. Wonderful experience!

The guide did not show up. The Experience did not happen. I would not waste your time or money booking this.

The tour guide got us through security, but then part of the group was left behind because we could all fit on the elevator to the second level. By the time that part of the group reached the second level, the tour guide was long gone, and we never received any tour. Expensive price to pay for no tour and being abandoned by the tour guide. The tour guide, of course, was not responsible for the group being split at the elevators, but that they could have waited for the ones who had to wait for the elevator to re-join the group, and then proceed with the tour. I would suggest just pre-booking your tickets and going without a tour.

I went to Eiffel tower June 2 2023 at 2:00 in the Skip the line tour of 2nd level. Guide was excellent she was very friendly and knowledgeable wait time to get in was not long.
