Balasz was a great driver who gave us so much information on the ride to Prague. When we got to Prague, Cathy was so kind and really made sure she made the most of our time in the city. While it is only a short time, I highly recommend spending this time in Prague!

Was very disappointed that there was not another hour's time. By the time we got done, you weren't able to do hardly any shopping with lunch or wander into a few areas. Also very disappointed that we were not able to go into the church. I feel a ticket should have been provided for this. Because that window in it is spectacular. Also trying to find our pick up point. Took another half hour and 40 minutes of our time. It was not clear enough and should have been pointed out at the very beginning Or given a card with the name and address. Was also confused on the rate of exchange and the currency if they could have just briefed us on what it was to the Euro or the dollar. Guides were fantastic with their history information. Enjoyed their input for the most part.

This is such a beautiful city with rich history. Our guide was very knowledgeable and a real pleasure to be around. If you are into history and culture this is the city to see!

Great day trip to Prague which was a beautiful city! The drive is a bit on the long side from Vienna but our driver Marco was excellent and made appropriate stops along the way. The Fall colors on the drive were stunning! In Prague, a local guide gave us a 2 hour walking tour which was informative and he was nice and funny. Then they gave us 3 hours of free time for lunch and looking around on our own. It was a ling day (picked up from Vienna hotel at 6:50am and dropped off at 8pm) but well worth it!

Very much enjoyed the tour. We had a good walk thru town with a knowledgeable guide and was able to see what we wanted to see- at least within the space of a few hours.

This was a very good way to visit Prague for a day to see if we want to return and stay longer. Both guides were great - and necessary. The drive was relaxing and enjoyable. The walking tour was very informative, and we had just enough time to have lunch, walk through more of the city and do some shopping. Now I think we could explore Prague on our own, but I'm glad we took this tour for our first visit.

Astromical clock was THE reason for the trip to Prague. I enjoyed the city as well. The guide was very good, however she really needed to have a softbox. We were pretty spread out a lot of times; I was able to keep up with her, but the other folks who didn't would have benefited, from the conversation.

We did both the Prague and Budapest day tours with this company. Personally I preferred Budapest but this may be a matter of personal opinion. The tour guide was excellent however was only with us part of the day. Prague seems to have some kind of local laws that impinge on the touring capacity. We had the tour company for collection and drop off but were swapped over to a private "local" guide for the actual tour of Prague itself. As a result, the experience wasn't quite as seamless as the Budapest tour we did with this same company. I enjoyed Prague. It's very pretty and busy but to me it lacked the authenticity of Budapest. The changing of guide part way through the day was also a little disruptive. This is still a great tour but it may be worth having a look at the other tours by this company as, in my opinion, they were a superior offering. Overall, this company does a wonderful job regardless though.
