Prague: electric scooter & E-bike live guided tour

Horrible customer service! We booked online for 12:30. Got a call at 12 saying they didn’t have scooters that were charged and if we come at 2:00pm. We got there at 2:00 and then they said their couldn’t accommodate our kids (the website allowed for booking for children from 0 to 17 yrs old and never anything about the fact that they did not have scooters for kids or an ebike or other alternatives in which the lids could ride with an adult). The owner was very rude when I suggested that the website should be more specific both about times (since they had us waiting around for 1.5 hrs for our scooters) and about not allowing for booking of children.

Nice guide, showed a lot of things, nice city, could take beautiful pictures. This outing was a friends outing and everyone enjoyed it.

Had a blast. Abdul toured us around the city. We went to Lenin Wall, and he was gracious enough to go back and get pens so we could write on the wall.

At every stop, he always offered to take pictures, and they were outstanding! he knew exactly where to have a stand, how we should pose, and at one point he even took videos of the different members of our team through the park.

I rode an e-scooter and it was easy to maneuver. Be careful if you aren’t 5’4” or taller. It’s impossible to get on and off if you are any shorter. At the beginning of the ride they offered us all coffee and at the end of the ride, shots of alcohol. These guys are great fun and their vehicles were quite safe. Highly recommend.

This was such a fun experience. Randall was a great guide with a lot of knowledge. I felt safe biking around the traffic and was able to see so much in 2 hours. Highly recommended!

Great tour we had lots of fun. The tour guide was excellent. We saw all the important sights along the way. The tour guide took photos of us.

We opted for a non guided e-bike tour which was perfect for us, bikes are great fun, be careful with the speed as they can reach up to 25km per hour!, saddles very hard, could really feel it next day. Staff are super helpful and informative, it's a great way to see the little streets of Prague, would highly recommend!!

Sebastian was the best! It was just our family so we could go at our own pace. We even got to see “the smallest house” in Prague. He knew all of the picture taking spots and his knowledge was fantastic. It was our favorite part of the weekend.

Got to be the best way to see Prague....and the most fun. We rented a trike which is easy to get the hang of. Sebastian took us to all the best places. Amazing views and a quick history of Prague in 2 hours. Very funny and knowledgeable guide. No hesitation in recommending.

Booked the bikes through Viator, great way to see the streets of Prague, we had e-bikes without a guide. Staff really friendly and informative, saddles a little hard but that's a minor thing. Would definitely recommend renting from these guys..😊
