We are proud to say that this experience was awarded with the Viator Experience Award 2023 for second time in a row! This tour goes through the Prado Museum highlights. There are more than one thousand paintings inside (no, we didn't make a mistake, that's the truth), so we can't explore it all, nevertheless, we provide the base for you to go on your own after the visit. That's why we like to describe this as a didactic tour.
However, if you're an Art Pro, we've got good news: since we're going to be only 7 people, you can choose what to see and make requests, and that's why we like to describe this as a flexible tour.

We loved our small group tour. Tour guide - she was amazing!! Took her time to explain everything, answered questions and made the whole experience worth while.
We strongly recommend doing this small group tour and tour guide was definitely passionate about her work!!

Our guide, Stefi, was amazing.
We had a small group of seven. She guided us throughout the museum and ensured we saw the highlights of the museum. Stefi provided in depth details about the key artists and their works. I learned so much more than expected. Even my 19 and 21 years old children enjoyed the tour. I highly recommend taking this tour.

Our guide, Olaya was excellent. We had a small group of four. She did not rush us through the exhibits. She provided a detailed explanation of several of the most interesting paintings of the museum. She exhibited not only a detailed understanding of the art works but also an enjoyment of art itself. We highly recommend her and this tour.

This tour was amazing! Fernando was so knowledgeable, interesting, and made the tour really fun. We learned so much and enjoyed doing it. Fernando was very patient with our children as well and made an effort to include them and make it fun for them, which is a challenge with 4 teens and preteens. I highly recommend this tour!

I decided to book a tour to the Prado because my time in Madrid was short. My tour guide was brilliant. Fernando took us to the most special works of art. I learned so much. I could never have the same experience on my own. I was in a small group of 5. I would love to go back one day and see more. I understand now what makes the art in Spain so special and worth seeing. When the tour was over I cried tears of joy for the wonderful experience. Thank you!
