The visit didn't start very well (called 15 minutes early, the guide wasn't there; the group then had to wait further for late visitors so it started after the scheduled time), but then it continued very well. Overall satisfactory.

Due to airline delays we could not make our tour. We forfeited the money for the six of us. I understand the refund policy but a small refund would have been nice but rules are rules. I learned never to book something like this on a day when you travel.

Vanessa of the Amigo tours group was just amazing. She was on time, arranged our listening devices and answered all questions politely and professionally. But most importantly, was an expert in the art she chose to show. We went into various rooms and learned about the history of the artist, the time and the methods. I knew some of each of the pieces she chose but went away amazed at how much more there was to learn. Thank you Vanessa for an amazing day.

Met for our tour at 10am… if you can, go for an early slot before all the crowds fill in.
I booked the small guided tour, and it was just us 4 which was great. Monroe made an excellent guide, very informative and interested in all the art and history.

There was no skip the line, we had to wait in line for an hour in the rain like everyone else. And since the tour started late it was too late for the tapas. Total disaster of a tour.

Great guide and museum! The only issue was that the museum was extremely noisy and it made it very difficult to hear the guide even with earpiece on.

A basic "masterpiece" tour but done very well. The guide was knowledgable and friendly, showed enthusiasm, and a genuine desire to share her expertise.
