Discover one of the most beautiful cities in Portugal, and one of the oldest of Europe. Porto is recognized by the unique historical center, churches, monuments, places, gastronomy, landscapes, and obviously the famous Port Wine. Travel through centuries of history and tradition and enjoy a half-day guided mini bus tour though this memorable city, visiting the remarkable historical centre. 1. Living Tours
For those who do not choose the tour with pick up, this will be the starting point of the tour. When you arrive it is necessary to hand over your ticket to the official who will be waiting for you.
2. Sao Bento Railway Station
The corner stone was unveiled in 1900 by king Carlos I on the site of the former convent S. Bento de Avé Maria (Saint Benedict of Hail Mary). The initial project was designed by architect Marques da Silva with its external lines demonstrating then contemporary French influences.
3. Cafe Majestic
On the 17th December 1921, an establishment called Elite café opened for business in Porto. It was located in Santa Catarina street, a pedestrian walkway for shopping and for the finest members of society, then and now. The café enlightened the street with its Art Nouveau decoration, by architect João Queiroz.
4. Torre dos Clerigos
The Church of Clérigos (Ecclesiastics) is a genuine baroque masterpiece dating from the mid-18th century. It was designed by Nicolau Nasoni, an architect of Italian origin. He stamped his mark on many monuments around Oporto and the north of Portugal. Nasoni, on his request, was buried here in a small chapel with its gateway at the same level as the top of the double bolster stairway.

On the January 13th of 1906 is inaugurated the Livraria Lello’s building as we know it today, shaped by the magnificent vision of engineer Francisco Xavier Esteves.
6. Porto
Now it's time to taste the nectar of the gods that us humans call Port Wine, you will have the chance to know more about the port in a guided tour and at the end taste two type of Ports.

The tour was great and we got to see many locations around Porto with interesting stories and history. Our tour guide Mario was good at answering questions and telling us about the city! The wine tasting was a great addition as well. Fun tour and definitely recommend!

The driver / guide was very kind and considerate and patient. The vehicle was large enough and comfortable. It was a useful tour to get an idea of the town, its layout and the tourist attractions. The pricing of the tour was also reasonable. Tour is good for first timers in Porto

Andre Lidal and Jonas were great. Juggled many languages and still made it fun! Saw a lot of the city and then jumped across the river to sample real port in Gaia.

Tour guide Helder was an enthusiastic and excellent communicator who was able to make the tour so enjoyable. We really rated the experience and gained lots of knowledge about Porto in the four hours we spent with him. Highly recommend if you are in Porto for a short stay to get a good overview of this city Tina and Heather New Zealand

Half day tour with Bernardo and Jonas was excellent. Bernardo was extremely knocked and helpful with all of our questions and Jonas did an amazing job of navigating the bus around some very tight corners!

Isabel served as our guide and was knowledgeable and fluent during the tour. She kept the commentary interesting during the short walking tour and also throughout the bus tour. Joao has obviously navigated the busy narrow streets a lot. The tour of the Port wine cellar stood out.
