Our tour guide Massimo really made our day very special. His friendly manner and local knowledge was excellent.
We loved the Produce markets, particularly the beautiful papaya stall.
The boat cruise was a lovely way to end our day. We would highly recommend the tour and our guide. 10/10

We actually did three days of tours with Joao which included the above. He was terrific and the tours could not have been better. Joao was extremely informative and went out of his way to make our trip memorable. Don’t hesitate to hire him.

My travel agent booked this tour for me without any input from me, and I was so pleased to have João as my guide and that the tour she selected was this full day tour offered by Touch Tours.

João's English is excellent, and his knowledge of his 'home' town was superb .... there was not a question that I asked he couldn't give me the answer and if he hadn't been able, I'm sure he would have looked it up, right then and there.

One of the best things about João as a guide was his willingness to adapt the tour to my interests and my abilities ... he went overboard making sure I had a few steps to climb as possible, to the point of picking me up on a couple of occasions so that I didn't have to walk long distances (or uphill) to get back to the car. That was a treat for a 74 year old person who had spent 4 days in Lisbon, chasing after the travel agent who was miles ahead!!!

I highly recommend João as a guide and I also highly recommend this particular tour. I felt I really got to see everything that I wanted to see of Porto (plus more) and the cruise on the rabelos and the excellent tour of the Churchill Cellars were bonuses ... both of which are not always offered as part of tours offered by other companies.

Thank you João for making this a day I won't forget (and if I do, I have 100s of pictures ... and .... Thank you for not rushing me to take those pictures, the day was perfect.

We chose the private tour, and Julio was an amazing guide who talked with passions of his own town. Speaking French and English perfectly, he was knowledgeable for any questions we had.
We learned a lot about the history of Portugal and Porto from the past but also from the more recent years. Sharing a great traditional lunch where we were the only tourists gave us the opportunity to talk about different things out of the book...always nice. :-) He gave us great recommendations for days to come and make us feel like friends all day.
