This tour features a selection and variety of the best culinary delights that you will find in 5 different places in Porto. Walking through the most picturesque streets and the best places of its old town, you will discover the history of cuisine and traditional dishes as well as hear stories of some owners of "taverns" and more typical establishments.

Special coffee and a Custard Tart
Cod Cake and a glass of Red Wine.
Smoked meat, cheeses, bread, olives and a glass of Douro Red Wine.
Bifana (traditional pork spicy sandwich) and a beer.

Very informative tour guide.
Just 11 of us but all very friendly and got chance to chat with other guests. We enjoyed a lovely pork batch on our first stop. Coffee and Portuguese tart at the next venue was my personal favourite. Portuguese white wine, cheese, and cold meats next, which was most enjoyable. Various ports on our final stop finished our morning off and time for an afternoon nap.......

A nice little tour taking in various delicacies and a good intro to Porto if you've just stepped off the plane, need a bit of refreshment but don't want anything too strenuous!

Ana B was an incredible host. Our tour took us to some of the best food in Porto but the added bonus was Ana's knowledge of the city. By the end our private felt like a warm hug from a friend . We left loving the sights,food and warmth of the city. Thank you Ana !

We did the tour guided by Ana Bakx. A lovely lady with extensive knowledge of the food, wine and portwine we tasted. But we also heard a lot about the town of Porto, buildings, and churches. And discussed things like the recent history. This year the people of Portugal celebrate the end of the dictatorship only 50 years ago!

Flavie was a wonderful guide. She was very knowledgeable about Porto and the stops we made. She made it fun and interesting. The pace was very easy to follow. Her English was perfect.

After first doing this tour solo, I booked it again when my kids got into town. I enjoyed it so much the first time and knew they would as well. On top of a well planned tour, Anna is a fantastic guide, speaks fluent English and was super sweet and also very informative. Highly recommend this tour.
