We highly recommend this tour and absolutely cannot say enough good things about it. We visited three Port Lodges and enjoyed seven tastings, which included four different types of Port. The highlight, however, was our guide, Alex, who was passionate, very knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and entertaining! Truly one of the best tour guides we have ever had. I think our whole group learned a lot from him, and we thoroughly enjoyed our time together.

My partner and I went for this tour and our amazing and bubbly guide Veronica gave us a really good experience by bringing us to three places for a total of 7 Port wine tastings. She knew a lot about Port wine and overall it was a very good learning experience for us. It was never boring especially luckily we were only 3 that day but it was so fun because of how she managed the group. Highly recommended for anyone who visits Porto and would want to taste the best Port wines in a small amount of time. In addition, some vineyard/brand specific tastings can be more of a marketing event for these producers - but this wine tasting tour is a very objective take on that without anyone trying to sell you anything, which I really like.

I did both the walking tour and the wine tour and really enjoyed both. Our guides were very knowledgeable and patient. All questions asked were answered and all locations visited were worth seeing. If you are looking for a walking tour to see the highlights and learn a little history about Porto I highly recommend Porto Walkers.
