Awful - stretch Hummer was disgusting inside - we were significantly delayed due to having to go to other terminals for pick up other people yet the car was already full with the 10 of us in our party and our luggage. Never again.

Flight came in early and he was very accommodating and I knew where to meet him. We got to the port efficiently and safely well before the time I was expected. Was very happy with the service.

We booked an 8:30 am transfer. We arrived about fifteen minutes early and they couldn't find us on the list at first, but then decided to let us come anyway. The operator chose to sit around and wait for the bus to be full, meaning we did not actually depart until 8:55 am. I understand the need for flexibility, but 25 minutes is a bit excessive. The driver was on his phone the entire time calling and texting his upcoming clients.
So although the transfer was fine, we were less than impressed.

It was a busy time at the docks with 5 cruise ships in at once. Gridlock traffic was everywhere. Our shuttle driver was so calm and taking care of everyone’s concerns. We all got to our ships on time. Glad we didn’t drive ourselves.

Jennifer dropped us off to the ship on time and without incident. I called Jennifer when we got off the ship and she picked us up early. It was awesome; she is definitely a customer service oriented person. Hopefully we will get Jennifer next time…keep doing what you do Jennifer!!!

A few customers were late for their pick up time and driver had to return. Then the customers that he picked up late left his wallet and wanted the driver to turn around. I responded no, because we would have missed our flight. Driver was professional.

the port was a zoo, so busy. the driver waited and searched for us. it was very confusing. there should be more signs that are easy to read and understand. very good driver.

Booking was easy, the driver arrived within the expected timeframe, and the ride from the cruise ship to the import was smooth and quick. However, the communication once our ship arrived was utter chaos. We received a text confirming our time and driver info, to which we weren’t to respond. However, a chat began on changing pickup time by the driver or another passenger which was confusing, and eventually shut down. I called our driver, who told us where to meet. Then the driver changed, and communication was not as clear. To add to the fun, a passenger called me, and I thought they were the driver so we had a fun conversation on where we each were and who was coming to whom! Chaos! Luckily we had lots of time until our flight so we took it in stride, but if we were stressed/cutting it close we’d have been. Calling out to everyone and being a rental car (which was our backup plan as we had lost confidence). I get how this method might work, but I would never put my friends and family thru this sort of stress, I’d prefer a more professional approach.
