My husband and I hired Margherita as a private guide for our two hour tour of Pompeii. She was fabulous! She met us at the train station and then walked together with us to the Pompeii entrance and helped us get her tickets. Pompeii is huge - there is so much to see. We wouldn't have had the same understanding of what we were looking at had we not had a guide with us and Margherita really knew her stuff. She made everything come alive. She is obviously very knowledgeable and passionate about her job as a guide. If we were to go back, I would definitely hire her again to take us to some other spots in Pompeii. I would 100 % recommend her.

We visited the archaeological site of Pompeii during a stop on our cruise in Naples.
Margherita, with her preparation and overwhelming passion for her work, was able to involve us and make us love immensely this site which we were visiting for the first time. It was wonderful to walk through the streets of this "buried" city reliving the trades, customs and pastimes of its inhabitants. Heartfelt thanks to Margherita who left us an indelible memory.

Margherita is a fabulous guide and was very engaging throughout the tour, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We learned heaps about Pompeii's history and she pointed out lots of interesting sights and bits of Neapolitan culture along the way. She even gave us tips about food places to check out in Naples, so all in all fantastic experience!

The best guided-tour ever. A wonderful walk through the ancient city of Pompeii, we’ve learned a lot (both historic facts and many facts you can’t find in history books for sure!) thanks to our guide Margherita. She is funny, professional and knowledgeable, she made the tour a pleasant and active experience! So recommend, worth the money!
