I wanted to thank Vincenzo Coppola with Leisure Italy for organizing our customized and private one-day tour of Pompeii and Naples for my family of four (2 adults and 2 children, ages 11 and 13). Vincenzo was so helpful, offering exactly the option we wanted for our limited time, guiding us on which high speed train to take from Rome and answering my many questions in the most cheerful way. Our tour guide Natalia and driver Pasquale met us at the Naples central train station and could not have been any more friendly, helpful and welcoming. Natalia was probably the most informative tour guide we had in Italy. She was an encyclopedia of knowledge! we spent almost 3 hours in Pompeii and felt so fortunate we had a private guide. We enjoyed our time with her and learned a lot. Then we went to Naples and enjoyed lunch with Natalia at a restaurant featuring authentic Napoletana pizza (our request, which Vincenzo organized). Next up was a driving tour of Naples and a walking tour of the historic district. Pasquale kept us safe and cool in the car! We saw parts of Naples we would not necessarily have seen on our own, and again, Natalia was a fount of information. She was great about tailoring her information for our kids. Vincenzo organizing the trip made our experience educational, efficient, enjoyable and truly memorable!

Fabrizio gave our family of 2 adults and tween/teen a wonderful tour of Pompeii. My husband said wow, he must have given this tour a million times, but you can hear in his voice that he loves it. We really had a great morning. If we come back, would love to do Amalfi coast tour with him. Fabrizio as a guide is a must have for Pompeii!

The tour was amazing!! Extremely informative and full of energy. Plan on doing it again next time I visit! The Wine tasting was also a great suggestion and addition to the trip.

Our private tour of Pompeii with Fabio was fantastic! He was an incredible guide. As an archaeologist he shared tons of information about the history and culture of Pompeii, and we were able to get a true feeling for the life of the people in that city before its tragic ending.

Our tour guide was the best. I would give him 10 stars if I could. I think his name was Fabio, sorry if I did not get that right. He was very knowledgeable and personable. We were traveling with our two grandchildren 10 and 12, and he explained very thing clearly so they could understand.

Excellent tour. Fabrizio was highly knowledgeable and engaging and tailored the tour to avoid the early morning crowds which was great because it made the tour feel even more private in the exceedingly crowded Pompeii. The duration was perfect for our 8 year old.

We took a family tour (kids aged 10 & 8) of Pompeii with Fabrizio and had a fantastic time. Fabrizio picked us up from Naples station and quickly & safely got us to Pompeii in his very nice touring van. From the start Fabrizio was a wonderful tour guide and host for his home town of Naples. He gave us a great explanation of the different sites and history as we drove to Pompeii and took particular care to engage the children just as much as the adults. Access to Pompeii was easy as Fabrizio had pre-arranged tickets and then we were treated to the highlights of the city (we, the parents could have gone on for much longer, but this was a perfect amount of time for the kids). Fabrizio knows which parts of the city to highlight and his passion and knowledge for place show through clearly in the way his tour brings the city to life. We are very much looking forward to returning to the area and trying the other tours that the company offers!

It does not get any better than Fabrizio who spoke perfect English, was punctual, a fantastic driver and car and his knowledge and ability to grab the the interests of a 12 year old as well as his grandparents. He is warm, personable and gracious. There should be more tour guides as caring as he was during our tour

Fabrizio was literally the most impressive and personable guide with whom we have ever worked, after having visited multiple continents over many years. He was fun, engaged, and ridiculously knowledgeable about both history and the area. We did two tours with him, and his wife Carla joined us on the second. If it’s even possible, she was as charming and personable as he was! They are the kind of people with whom you will wish that you could be friends with in your real lives. They were incredible with our kids… Patient, engaging, and receptive. There’s no way that I will come back to Italy without seeing Fabrizio and Carla for a tour. Fabrizio also went above and beyond when I left my cell phone in his van. He drove multiple hours back in my direction very early in the morning before a tour the next day to make sure that I got it. Just what an incredible guy and guide.
