Pompeii was fantastic!!! Our guide was informative, moved along at a good pace, gave alot of great historical information!! The bus was good- and so was the driver. We loved it!!

Overall we were disappointed with this tour. It seemed poorly organised - many people, several buses and it took quite a while to get people organised into groups.
Tour guide was lovely but... we could not always understand her English very well unfortunately and she skipped over information which we were interested in such as the actual volcano eruption and impact on the site.
Had an hours wait at the end before returning to Naples whilst organisers went for lunch!
No mention was made to anyone that there was a museum on site which we could have accessed - this was a real shame as apparently this is where most of the artefacts and presentation are.
Very disappointed with this tour given the high cost of it.

Most expensive tour of our Italian vacation $390 and not much to show for it. Guide was wonderful as my wife and I did a walkabout all over Naples for 4 hours but an archeological tour it was not. We were taken for a ride by tour company although as we said, our guide was great

Tour was great, but bus was very late to arrive creating worry among the group about making it back in time. We had planned a trip to town after, but had no time due to the late start.

Walking through the streets of a city destroyed by a volcano was a major highlight. We saw homes, main streets, shops, water fountains, and even a community bath house. We were impressed by the size of this city. I felt a bit queasy seeing plaster molds of bodies that had been covered with ash. It was very educational with a good mix of history lecture and visual experiences.

The tour guide was excellent at Pompeii given how busy the attraction was. The bus and at the pickup point were late.
Given we were from the cruise with a very tight schedule the experience was stressful.

While Pompei itself is amazing. The only negative was our guide Michael. Most of his narratives had too sexual content. While it is common knowledge that there were brothels in Pompei but that is all the guide talked about. Too much

Antonio was a very informative and entertaining tour guide. The bus administrator was also amazing, spoke all the languages! And I as very easy to follow. Overall a very good half day tour.

Elisa was very knowledgeable and engaging. I enjoyed hearing her “inside jokes” and her summaries about the history of the surviving structures and the associated people of Pompeii
