This day trip is 1000% worth it! Do not skip going to this beautiful place. The park is absolutely stunning, worth the drive to and from Split (comfortable bus), and Sonja was such a good guide. She was very fun & informative from the start and made our tour that much more enjoyable. Don’t forget to pack a lunch/snacks. We wish we could spend more days in the park but if you only have a day, then you should definitely go and book this day trip!

Very well organized tour
Sanja was excellent and kept the group moving very well; she is both knowledgeable and enthusiastic.
The lakes and waterfalls exceeded expectations.
It was a very unique and enjoyable day.

The highlight of our trip to Split was the day trip to Plitvice. The national park was beautiful and thankyfully wasn’t in high season. The tour guide (sanja) was amazing. Very knowledgeable and kept us on our toes throughout the day. Don’t be put off by the 3hr coach trip there n back. Very comfortable and time passed very quickly. Lots of amazing views on the route too.

We had a great day with help from Sanja our guide! She had a lot of knowledge about the park and spoke multiple languages and remembered who spoke which one and spoke to these people in said language.
The park was beautiful and really clean. I noticed we started at the top whereas other groups started at the bottom. This was really helpful since it ment we didn’t have to hike up the whole way. We did have to hike up the last few minutes but this was very do able.

The Plitvice National Park was beautiful and our guide, Lovro, made it that much better with his knowledge of the area. He helped make the long bus ride seem shorter - approximately three hours each way. We have visited many waterfalls, primarily in the US. The Plitvice falls were so unique. The tour was well organized, Lovro kept the group together and the bus was high quality. We would highly recommend this trip.
