This tour co. was recommended by family who live in Dubai - and it now comes with our highest recommendation! We were picked up at our hotel by our guide Oscar - who was spectacular! And along with another couple spent the afternoon and into the evening with him. Oscar was full of great information, both about Dubai, and the history, as well as the animals they are helping to preserve - which we were able to drive and at times get out of the vehicle to take pictures as we drove through the desert and dunes. The falcon show was super informative. The highlight for us was the camel ride to the cabana area for dinner. Dinner was delish! Oscar was always there making sure we were having a great time - he is a gem! Do yourself a favor and spend the money - top of the line with this tour!

This safari came recommended to us and exceeded our expectations! Our guide Hajaj was fantastic - courteous, knowledgeable, fun and accommodating! The entire experiences was informative, entertaining and simply fantastic. 10 out of 10 experience!

It was absolutely amazing, Moussa sure is loved by everyone and i can honestly see why. He was amazing during the whole trip and so was everyone else. The food was good as well, the team seemed very chill with a great sense of humour (not a want but a NEED) i especially enjoyed the camel ride, it was awesome. The night programmes were very nice to watch.

From beginning to end it surpassed all our expectations. Our guide Khairi was really knowledgable and helpful throughout the day, delivering a truly personal experience. From the luxury Range Rover to the stainless steel water bottles and head scarfs, to the personalised video of the whole day, every detail had been considered.
We enjoyed being in the nature reserve and were fortunate to spot gazelle and oryx during the tour. We were guided by Khairi throughout the whole experience at a nice pace, no rushing and with plenty of opportunities for photos along the way, but more importantly time to take in the moments together, like the amazing sunset after watching a falconry demonstration. We then embarked on a camel ride through the desert and arrived at the new private camp, which was very luxurious and felt like our own oasis in the desert. After a delicious 6-course meal, we watched an amazing acrobatic and fire performance and also a stargazing experience into the clear desert skies, before heading back to the city.
We would highly recommend Platinum Heritage and our guide Khairi to anyone thinking of going on desert safari in Dubai.
A once in a lifetime experience that we will never forget.

Our tour guide Jacob was so informative and passionate about the Arabian desert and Dubai itself. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience with him. The ethos of Platinum Luxury Dubai Desert Safari too is a welcome change.
If you want personal exclusive experience. Our guide, Jacob was very knowledgeable and helpful, we highly recommend him. This is different from other tours that offer here in Dubai. There are no dune bashing, belly dancing, ATV riding and alcohol. This tour offered a lot more than we expected. The exclusive desert experience, starting from picking us up in luxury Range Rover 4WD, Jacob explained about the history of Dubai on the way to the desert. Once we arrived at the desert, he took us into the conservation area, where we spotted lots of birds and desert wildlife like Oryx and Gazelle with the explanation about them. We had lots of chances to take photos and videos, no hurrying or rushing. We were given head scarfs and water bottles on the way to the falcon show where we were served with fresh strawberries and sparkling apple juice and sunset canapé, while watching the falconer explaining about the history of falcon in UAE and the knowledge about falcon. Then we went on 15 mins camel ride to the dinner campsite, where we were warm welcomed and served with 6 course al la carte dinner and homemade refreshments. We were assigned with private table under canopy and waiter. The show after dinner was amazing acrobatic and fire dance.

An amazing experience. Definitely one for the books.
Jacob was our guide and he was extremely knowledgeable about the desert, Dubai city and UAE in general. We had a great time chatting to him and learning from him. We enjoyed the ride in the Range Rover, very smooth. We will try the open Land Rover when we return in the winter, the aircon was much needed as it was July. All the staff (photographers, videographers, chefs, guides and waiters) were very professional and super friendly. Wearing the traditional headgear was super fun and exciting, felt and looked like a fellow Emirati. The food was exceptional ??
Bashain was our waiter for dinner and he was amazing. Super friendly and fun to chat to. Loved the henna for the ladies. The photo and video footage was our favorite part. The way in which it was put together, how could we not buy the package. Video made us feel like we were in a Land Rover and desert commercial ?
We have only great things to say about the staff, food and whole experience.
I would definitely recommend this experience to all my friends and family.

Professionalism & Punctuality – we were picked up on time (actually even earlier than planned) at the hotel, by our awesome guide Mauricio, who went above and beyond to make our Desert adventure a super fun and memorable experience.
From the moment you start the trip, in a luxury Range Rover, you are welcomed with a smile and good vibes. The ride was safe and pleasant, and we were provided with details about many of the sites we saw on the way to the desert. Once you arrive at the camp, the entire team is ready to make your experience flawless and unforgettable. The Falcon show was outstanding. While enjoying the show they cater to you with delicious bites and drinks to help you cool off from the desert heat. Along the way they capture great photos and videos for you, and they compile it into a great short video-montage. Yesss! the camel ride – wow wow wow what a unique thrill; the care-taker of the camels made our rides so cool, took amazing sunset pictures and videos of us that we will treasure forever. The ride ends at sunset at this mystical oasis where they greet you with traditional food and tea, and they treat you with an amazing freshly cooked (right there in the middle of the desert) 6 course gourmet dinner (that I wish I can have every week back home). The evening ends with a great acrobatic show and you leave the desert not only with a smile on your face but with a huge smile in your heart.
We highly recommend this company and our tour guide Mauricio, if you want to experience an amazing day in the Dubai desert.

My husband and I had the most unforgettable experience with Platinum Heritage Safaris during our recent visit to Dubai in June. Our amazing tour guide, Ebrahim, truly made this adventure exceptional. His in-depth history lessons were captivating, and I couldn’t get enough of his knowledge.
