As a prelude to this class, your English-speaking chef will welcome you to the school with a prosecco and antipasti reception. Your class then commences as you learn all the know-how for mixing, kneading, rolling, and topping the perfect pizza.
We use only the best fresh ingredients to adorn your pizzas: seasoned salami, delicious mushrooms, or perhaps some gorgeous figs and prosciutto. The choice is endless! While your pizza is in the oven, you'll be taught how to make creamy, dreamy gelato from a number of available flavors - the perfect culinary companion to your crispy, crunchy pizza.
Your class concludes in our beautiful converted dining room where you'll get to indulge in your creations.

The gelato and pizza making with Mario was wonderful. We were allowed to pick our own flavor for gelato and put whatever we wanted on our pizza which made it even better.
Would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to learn to cook

This was a great class. Simon was a wonderful instructor. He made the process of making pizza and gelato easy. The end result was delicious. We’ll be making these recipes at home. We would definitely recommend this class.

I learned that dough needs to ferment at least 24hrs in the refrigerator, and also a very hot oven. 700 degrees farenheight!
And please no pineapples on pizza!!

We had such a great time! Fabio (and his team) was kind, so helpful, great with our kids, and very willing to answer our questions. The pizza was amazing! And the gelato was wonderful! We will definitely be making both of those at home! Well worth the time and money!

This was a trip highlight for my family. My son was super proud of his Pizza and Gelato. We did the activity as a family and the chef was super personable and fun. She gave I instructions while being engaging and funny. Definitely recommend.

We enjoyed it. We learnt a lot about ice and pizza making.
And the best part about it is to taste the ice cream and pizza after learning all the steps of making them.
It’s a great location, spacious and clean. Well organized.
