Camilla was a fantastic guide. She delivered so many interesting historical insights and provided real context for the art and the history. The Pitti Palace is full of gorgeous art works and the views from the Boboli Garden are amazing!

Our guide Roberta gave our group an amazing tour of the Pitti Palace, explaining the history and artistry that went into the beautiful architecture and artwork. She was incredibly knowledgeable and fun to listen to, my wife and I still quote some of the memorable things she said to our group. When we went to the gardens, our group thinned until it was just my wife and me, but she used this as an opportunity to make the rest of the tour personal and allowed us to converse and ask more questions. We left understanding the rich history of the palace and city of Florence, as well as contemporary uses of the space and the work that goes into preservation and restoration of such important cultural landmarks.

Roberta, the guide made the tour experience extra special inside the Piti Palace and out in Boboli gardens. I strongly recommended this tour guide. She loves her job and very knowledgeable about the palace and gardens!

The tour was amazing! As with most tours, they are only as good as the tour guide. Carmilla, our guide knew everything there was to know about the palace and gardens. She was great! It was our best of 4 tours in Florence.

Camilla our guide was excellent I was the Pitti palace...... I wouldn't recommend the Boboli gardens. ..they were not as impressive as the Palace. Definitely a must see while in Firenze

We were privilegeed to have an art restorer as our guide who knew so much about the Rennaisnce paintings and ornnate
Baroque style. Lots of gold leafed frames. Lots of paintings. Lots of chandelers. The era of grandeur and gilt. The gardens are lovely and huge.
This was a three hour tour. I recommend to do this tour as the only tour of the day as there is so much information to obsorb.

The guide was (without a doubt) enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and energetic. The problem was she spoke very fast and she was difficult to understand. I suggest that she slow down her delivery. She was very pleasant and willing to accommodate. She also walked fast and I had to hustle to keep-up with her.

While the guide was engaging and clearly passionate about the care and maintenance of the Pitti Palace and the Boboli, she was not great with time management. She was late to the start of the tour putting us behind from the beginning. She was never able to recover and so another girl and myself had to leave a little early to make another reservation.
This seemed like a great alternative to the Uffizi Gallery if you want to see art without the crushing crowds. The Boboli Gardens were lovely. One area had the most amazing smells.
