Beautiful places, terrible guide. Everything was a rush, we booked a Spanish guide and the girl didn’t speak Spanish (Brazilian). We barely stopped at one place before we had to go to the next. The guide provided very little information about the places we were visiting.

Be ready to do a large amount of walking with inclines/declines and stairs to get to some of the locations. Enjoyed the winery and lunch. Beauty scenic views throughout the tour and it indeed the bus ride was needed to rest after a long hot day.

What a letdown! It turned out to be a complete bust. Finding the meeting point was a real headache. The directions were super unclear, and there wasn’t any helpful info in the booking details.
I ended up being 10 minutes late, but I thought it’d be fine since I called the tour guys to tell them I was close by. They even said, “See you soon.” But when I got there, there was no bus, no tour guide, nothing. I called them, and they’re like, “Oh, the bus left.” Seriously?
I asked why nobody gave me a heads-up to hurry or wait a bit, but got zero response. They didn’t offer to reschedule or give any kind of refund. Then, they had the nerve to try and sell me another tour at a “discount.” No thanks!
I even reached out to Viator for help, but that was a dead end. The tour agency didn’t budge on giving any refund or help.
So, if you’re thinking about booking this tour, you might want to think again. If you run into any trouble, don’t count on these folks to lend a hand. It was a total waste of my time and money.

Terrible experience. The tour guide treats clients rudely, with little empathy, in a hurry all the time (doesn't wait for anyone), the driver guides negligently and irresponsibly, putting people's lives in danger. Poor communication. It was a traumatic experience from start to finish. I don't recommend them.

Great way to view Pisa and surrounds. It was a long day, but we got really good weather and enjoyed the sites.

It was a big day with a lot to see but it was well organised. The staff were wonderful and the bus was comfortable. It was great to hear all of the history of the places we visited. We had plenty of time to shop and look around. Lunch at the winery was fantastic I would definitely recommend this trip

My son and I had a day to kill while visiting Florence. This was a great excursion to get a taste of Tuscany and the medieval towns that make it so special. I would have preferred to skip Pisa for more time in the other 2 towns but it was fun to see the iconic leaning tower.

The tour started out nicely, but ended with a huge disappointment.
In the morning, I was literally running when I was called by the tour group two blocks away from the destination point. I was requested to run faster or else they will leave without me. I got there 3 minutes before the tour staring time. After getting there, the whole group had to wait for four other people who were 15 minutes late!
Throughout the tour, other people were late for the meeting point and the tour guide literally had everyone waited for them before we all walked back to the bus. She could have walked everyone back to the bus ahead and let her co-tour guide wait for the late people to take them to back to the bus. Poor time management.
Another factor that made the trip horrible was the tour program didn’t take into consideration the day light winter time. We got to Pisa at 5:30 pm when it was pitch dark. All the sites were closed! What a bummer! Didn’t even get to walk up the leaning tower of Pisa, or go into any of the other attractions. All the sites were closed by the time we got to the “Miracle Square.”
The public restrooms closed at 5:30 pm, so you only have an hour time to run around looking for a washroom to relieve yourself before heading back to the bus. That’s the only thing I actually did in Pisa!
Two stars because I did enjoy Siena, San Gimignano and the lunch at the winery.
I would recommend the tour to adjust their winter schedule for their clients. I would NOT recommend this tour during the winter unfortunately because of Pisa itinerary.

My husband and I had such a great time with Roberto and Luigi during our tour. We were able to do so much and never felt rushed in any of the locations. The wine and lunch was great and my husband and I were both surprised at how filling the food was for lunch. Beautiful sights all around at each location and I’m glad we were able to see so much
Definitely book this tour

Visit Siena was fine, visit san gimignano very sort time, and go to Pisa by sunset-night no nice. Daniella very friendly.
