good I really wanted to see the Leaning Tower of Pisa when I went to Italy, but through this package, I could use transportation conveniently and it was nice to be able to tour freely.

the tour overall was okay but what ruined the trip was the ending. the bus left us 10-15 mins away from the center of florence in the middle of the rain. they literally gave us a quick explanation on how to go to the center and left us there. now my family is sick because of walking under the rain for almost 20 minutes. it costed nothing to leave us at least closer to a taxi stop or somewhere where we could sit and wait not just leaving us in the middle of thw street with no roof

Rosa Maria did a great job coordinating our group, narrating the drive to Pisa, and linking us up with our guide at Miracle Square. We didn't climb the tower, but we did the guided tour of the grounds and cathedral.

Like most tours, it's a little tight on time, but Rosa Maria accommodated our group of tweens and advanced seniors well.
