You cannot miss out on visiting Pisa when you are in nearby Florence! Meet your tour guide at Piazzale Montelungo Bus Terminal to start your tour. Piazzale Montelungo is located 5-10 minutes walking distance from the Santa Maria Novella train station. Hop on the comfortable coach bus, choose your seat, and relax before departing on your journey! The drive to Pisa will take about one hour. • A dress code is required to enter places of worship and selected museums. No shorts or sleeveless tops allowed. Knees and shoulders MUST be covered for both men and women. You may risk refused entry if you fail to comply with these dress requirements

• Kids under 8 years old are not allowed to climb the Leaning Tower and must be accompanied by an adult

The tour was horrible. The tour began late so the tour guide had us running from the bus to the first part of the tour. There were elderly and pregnant women in the group that had their health put at risk. We had no free time in Pisa as indicated and were denied a bathroom on the return to Florence until all the passengers required the bus to pull over. We then were given only 5 minutes for all off us to use restrooms. I very rarely give bad reviews. Once I return to the US I will be contacting viator for a rebate option.

I want to separate this review into two parts. The tour getting to Pisa was TERRIBLE. The check-in staff were rude. The tour guide, Roberta, was AWFUL. Her English was not good - you really could only understand every third word. She gave the impression of totally not caring about her job. She walked SO far ahead. She left people behind and showed no concern for the older guests. The guide in Pisa. Sarah. was great. She was funny and knowledgeable. She was patient and answered all questions and looked after her group. Pisa was beautiful and I definetely recommend going - just not with Roberta.

Not a good experience. We were late getting off. There was no communication on where to go, who our tour guide was, etc. When we got our tour guide- she was non-communicative and almost rude. Never spoke to us on microphone and arguing with bus driver. We were not given bathroom breaks or time to get water. She lost half our group on the walk from the bus to Pisa. When in Pisa, there was a lot of standing around and disorganization. We were not told where to go, where to meet and what time, etc. A couple was lost on the tour and never made it back to the bus with us to go home. We were not given an hour free time like promised in the itinerary either. All together a disorganized day.

Great tour. East meet up in morning. They used color coded stickers for the multiple tours so was easy to get with the right group. They were only tour that did that.

Tour guide from Florence kept us informed on the ride over and then turns the group over for those that opt for the guided tour. The guided tour guide was great. Delivers the info in a fun manner. Definitely take the guided tour unless you know everything about Pisa and the surrounding area. Lots of interesting facts to be had on the guided portion. Also definitely opt to climb the leaning tower. To clearly feel the lean with each passing step was very cool feeling and worth the climb to the top!

While in Italy we booked 5 Viator tours and we were not disappointed in any of them. All of the guides were knowledgeable and made sure we understood the information. Before the start of the tour we were kept in constant communication with anything we should know. We highly recommend Viator.

Just the perfect amount of time. Local guide at Pisa - Ricardo did the best job. He has been our best guide in all our church tours. Climbing the step of Pisa was a lot of fun

Sarah, the guide we had at the Pisa site, was very knowledgeable.

The headsets were difficult. Which could have been either the ear piece or the unit not working well.
