1. Stazione di Firenze Santa Maria Novella
Meet your expert guide at Santa Maria Novella train station in central Florence, then hop aboard an air-conditioned train to Pisa. Sit back and relax as you enjoy your scenic ride out of the city, arriving in Pisa approximately an hour later.
2. Leaning Tower of Pisa
On arrival, follow your guide to the Field of Dreams (Piazza dei Miracoli), a verdant expanse home to the city’s most important sights: the Leaning Tower of Pisa, the Baptistery and the Duomo.
3. Piazza dei Miracoli
With 1.5 hours here spent at your leisure, perhaps pose for photos by the Leaning Tower and, depending on availability, head inside for a guided tour (own expense). Alternatively, make for the Duomo (own expense) to marvel at its carved pulpit by Giovanni Pisano, or head inside the Baptistery (own expense) to test the unusual acoustics.
4. La Spezia
Just under 1.5 hours later, find yourself at La Spezia train station, where you’ll catch a local train to the historical village of Riomaggiore.
5. Riomaggiore
Wonder at the tightly packed pastel buildings as you stroll along the cobbled streets with your guide.
6. Vernazza
Continue by train to Vernazza, a seaside town that surrounds a tiny, natural port. Alight your train, then enjoy free time to soak up the sun on the pretty beach, or dive into the cooling waters for a swim.
7. Manarola
Your final stop is Manarola, a tiny village that is said to have more grapevines than any other Cinque Terre village. Wander along the harbor and spend a few minutes snapping photos of the picturesque buildings that cascade toward the sea.
8. Florence
After, make your way back to La Spezia or Pisa aboard the train for the return trip to Florence, where your tour concludes. -------------------- ITINERARY -------------------- Please note: Via dell’Amore is closed to the public due to landslide damage.

• In high season ( June, July & August ) due to the popularity of the villages, the trains could be very crowed and hot, be prepared. In these months we will visit two villages instead of 3 to allow everyone to relax longer in the villages visited and take a swim
• This tour is not suitable for people with walking disabilties and to those sensitive to the heat
• It is recommended to wear comfortable clothes
• In summer it is recommended to bring hat, sun cream, bottle of water and swimming suit
• In winter it is recommended to bring a rain jacket in the event of bad weather
• The tour is in English only
• Minimum age allowed on the tour is 18 years - no kids
• Maximum age allowed on the tour is 45 years
• We are not strict with the age limit and people older than 45 BUT younger than 50 are always welcome as long as they are young in heart and have no walking disabilities and are happy to be with younger people. Our Tour Operator has a general audience of college students, backpackers, solo travellers, etc... that often fall into this category. The tour is more fast-paced, budget-minded and are made for travellers to meet and connect with other passengers of the same age from all parts of the world who share the same interests, lifestyles and traveling styles.

• In the event of a national train strike or train delays, the tour operator is not responsible of the disservice of the trains. In the event of national train strikes the tour could be cancelled

If your in a time crunch, this is a very efficient way to see Pisa and Cinque Terre(3 of 5 villages/towns) in the same day. You have a fair amount of free time at each location. The tour guide was great but the group made it even better. It’s rare to have a group where everyone interacts with everyone. Overall great tour!

We had a wonderful time exploring Pisa and Cinque Terre. We especially loved the spectacular views in Cinque Terre. Our tour guide was very helpful and ensured that we were all well taken care of throughout the trip. The only downside was the traveling by train which involved a lot of waiting around and walking to and from the various stations. Would have preferred a coach to bring us to all those places.
But otherwise it was a very enjoyable trip !

Nedas was an amazing and informative tour guide. We enjoyed visiting Pisa and 3 of 5 areas of Cinque Terre. The views were amazing. Nedas even took photos for us which was great. We felt safe the entire time. I suggest taking snacks and water as it is a long day, but there are plenty of options to grab something at the stops if needed. Highly recommend this experience if you have a day to spare from Florence!

There were lots of beautiful things to see in the 3 towns of Cinque Terre and Pisa! We took alot of beautiful pictures. The day was really long with about half of the day spent on trains and connections. Our tour guide Jon was very informative and helpful. He made sure we all stayed together. My only real complaint was the meeting place. There were NO specifics as to where we were suppose to meet at the train station. We almost missed the group because no information was given. We found them last minute in front of the pharmacia. No sign, no flag, no identifying way to let people know that it was a tour!!

Our tour was led by Giccamo. It was very fast paced but also relaxing. We were given ample time to wonder around and take in the sights of Pisa and were shown the beauty of 3 of the 5 villages of Cinque Terra. While nothing can be done about the train delays it was still awesome. There is quite a bit of travel on this tour and it took us to places we might night have been able to navigate otherwise.

The experience was supposed to be for four places and we only got to see Pisa and Manarola. The guide said it was due to the trains but it was disappointing and only half of what was advertised and paid for.

This was an awesome experience that included a stop at Pisa and then continued to Cinque Terre. It was unfortunate that we ran out of time and were only able to visit two out of the three villages advertised, but our guide Jacomo did everything he could to make the best of our tour.
