Picasso is one of the few artists who deserve museums only dedicated to him.
His Museum in Barcelona exhibits some of his early work and youth paintings. An expert art guide will help you to discover the life's work of the painter and sculptor sorted chronologically. The different phases are explained, and you can easily understand the stylistic changes.

Marco was an excellent guide.
He walked us through the museum explaining Picasso’s life and work together to create a fuller picture beyond “the painter”.
We learned a lot of interesting facts and received greater insight to Picasso’s works.

The customer service is very prompt and efficient. As we got food poison and had to reschedule our appointment less than 24 hours, the customer service team was able to make a free adjustment for us. That was a big relief for us. Highly recommend the service.
The tour itself was not a great experience. We appreciated the guide lady made her best effort, but the tour was delayed for almost 45 mins, and the whole 90-min tours ending up becoming 50-min as the guide had to pick up the next group of people right after us. I understand this may be a rare circumstance, but I do think the company should have a backup plan to handle such situations instead of letting customers to absorb the cost.

It’s an interesting museum, but it was very chaotic beginning this tour, it took about 20 minutes well 60 people were divided into three groups, most of the guides seemed unhappy to be there and were overwhelmed, trying to put everybody into groups. The tour was fine, it was slow for us, but that may just be because we didn’t want quite as much detail. It was difficult to share preferences because our group had 25 people in it. I think the museum would be at least as effective, just listening to an audio guide at someone’s own pace.

Very busy museum with not a ton of later works by Picasso. Good for someone looking for the early years. Hard to find our group and the guide was knowledgeable but too slow and talked too much and lost the audience.

So disappointing! We were so keen to vistit the Picasso Museum and learn more about this great artist. However, nobody showed up at the meeting point. We came 20 mins earlier and waited for another half an hour - to no avail. I don't know what happened, either they have changed the meeting point, or nobody actually bothered to come and see us. Either way very sad, no notice, no e-mail, no apology. This is not the right way to treat your customers.
We bought another tickets from the museum - no ques there, and saw the museum on our own. It is amazing, absolutely brilliant. The exhibitions is excellent. We are not experts but the whole experience in the museum was incredible.
Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the people organising the guided tour (ICONO Barcelona). Such an irresponsible and selfish attitude to customers. Shame.

Guide was very experienced, knew the museum very well and explained everything. We found we benefited a lot from having a guide in museums etc. And this was no exception. Our guide was wonderful, very knowledgeable and knew the museum and Picasso's works exceptionally well. It was an excellent tour and well worth taking, one won't we forget.
