You are not only watching, but participating in the cooking of traditional Thai dishes.
We teach and let you make your own Curry Paste from scratch using Motar and Pestle (No MSG and no buying ready made ones from the market)
Also as a part of our cooking, we visit the local market (for classes with market tour) to learn and taste local exotic fruits and vegetables. There is always an abundance of new things to see and taste.

The cooking class was great and easy to follow. Both my brother and I aren't beginner cooks but this class was open to all types of cooks! The market was good fun as well

We cooked our own Christmas Day lunch! it was great fun and the food we were taught to cook tasted great! I would totally recommend it as a way of finding out a little more about Thai food, whilst having a great time! The young women taking the class are super helpful and give very clear instructions as well as lots of helpful detail

A small hiccup at the beginning where we weren’t picked up from our meeting place. The cooking company fixed it after our hotel contacted them to see where they were. Once we got there it was a very well run class and the instructor was good at what she does. Enjoyable time, lots of food to eat.

The workers were so knowledgeable and had very good English. The food was amazing and definitely worth the money. We all had such a great time and would do it again!

Amazing class! Chef VJ explained everything so patiently and nicely! Chef VJ has a wealth of knowledge regarding thai cooking! Would recommend this class to all ages and for anyone who is even slightly interested in Thai Cooking. Market Tour + Class duration was just right!
