Book a short tour & have to wait for the next longer tour to share a taxi

I enjoyed seeing monkeys on the first stop, and going through the waterway between the forested islands. Plenty of time to relax at the other 2 beaches, absorb the scenery, and enjoy the water.

Great tour guides, very nice and gave good directions. Only rough part was they had us go out in heavy rain storm which may be jarring for younger crowds/first time jet skiers but weather ended up clearing up and tour was fun. This tour would have been fantastic if it wasn’t for the rain storm we got caught in

I had a great time jet skiing. Our tour guide told us not to worry about taking photos during the tour as he was taking them for us then send afterwards. After the tour he promised to send the photos but up to now I have not received anything. I tried to get in touch but nothing solid. I am really disappointed.

The experience was fun. My spouse and I love jet skiing and seeing the different islands. However, my review is only reflective of the service. The people here in Thailand have all been very nice…. Except for our tour guide. They were over an hour late picking us up. While we were jet skiing and landing on an island, my spouse was having a hard time understanding their accent and was also new to jet skiing, but one of our guides yelled at him and said “What’s wrong with you? You don’t speak good English?!” My spouse is a native English speaker.
Also, when we split off into groups, we got the short end of the stick. Some people got to go see James Bond Island, but our group went to an island that didn’t have that great of views.
Overall, I’d do jet skiing again in Phuket, but I would not use this operator.

The Trip was very nice, my wife and I thoroughly enjoyed the Jetski experience. However the reason for my poor rating is the extremely poor customer service by the proprietor Mr. Rocky, who made us wait for almost 2 hours in total, for the pick up from the hotel, and then unnecessarily at islands where they try to enforce additional food and beverage purchases. We had signed on for a 4 hour tour, but the total time taken was 7 hours, delaying the rest of my days plans. We had to hail a taxi to escape from them after the trip was over. Also if you take the 4 hour trip, they will just leave you stranded on a distant island for an hour until they complete a separate groups 5 hour trip and then come and get you. This was the most unpleasant part. The business owner is rude, and we decided not to wait for them to send out drop off bus. I would love to o the Jetski experience again, but not with this operator.

Was absolutely awesome!! If you like adventure and water and you can handle the bumpy ride, then go for it!! I will do it again! It's hard on your body if the see gets rough, especially if you are 2 people on the jetski, but well worth it.

It was a good experience and trip. Went with my friend for 4h Tour, one jetski each. Fluent english safety brief before depart. You need to bear in mind that jetski are really fast. My fastest speed on flat surface was 78km/h. This is not the best option for people who are afraid of speed at open sea. It's good and sound when you ride with the waves, but once waves are against you, there comes problems. Bring sun glasses with you, otherwise your eyes will be full of salty water. There is no way to keep jetski at max speed when you go against the waves. You simply won't hold it and you will end up in the water. It's better to take a time. Also, during 4h Tour you will be at the sea at least 2h, which is challenging for your hands. Girls in my group were staying far, far behind us, because it was simply hard to hold jetski at fairly good speed for them. Then whole group needed to stop and wait for the others to catch up. For me as an experienced one it was really good fun and worth money spent. But again, this is not for everyone.
