Pick up started off on a bad note. The confirmed pick up time was 12pm. However, the hotel concierge called at 1105 to tell us our driver was waiting. We had to scramble to shower/get ready for fear of getting left behind. But, there was only myself and husband on the tour, so we ended up getting to take our time everywhere. The sites were great. We enjoyed the elephant park. We ended up not going to the last spot for the sunset because it was very cloudy and it was suggested not a very good photo op, so we went back to our hotel early. Also, the vendor that provided the dessert was not available, so that was a bummer. With as much money as we paid, I felt like the team could have purchased it from a different vendor which there was one available near our lunch spot. All in all, a good experience for first timers. Hit up the major sites without having to deal with transportation.

Brilliant tour with so much to see and great value for money. Lovely local food in Phucket town, followed by elephants, temples, big Budda and more. Our guide Arm and driver Wee where excellent and gave us plenty of information and gave us time to wander around the sites ourselves. Never felt rushed. The highlight was seeing the elephants, which was in a beautiful environment and it looked like the elephants where very well cared for.

This tour was fantastic, it is like 3 tours in one. All the places we visited were well worth it and the tour guides were so friendly, informative, punctual and lots of fun. Highly recommended for all ages!!

This was a great tour. It was just four of us (maybe it’s because it’s low season) and to the point. The different places we visited were worth and our tour guide was thorough and knowledgeable. Great way to get to know the area and the way wild animals should be treated

On the whole this was a disappointing tour for a few reasons. The pickup/drop off was with one vehicle for everybody no matter where people stayed and for us it meant 2.5 hours before and 2.5 hours after the tour which is unacceptable for a 5 hour tour, especially after paying extra for transport. Old town walking around for 20mins was on our own because of traffic delay. We didn’t get to try Thai pancake listed on the tour either and that’s probably also because of delay. Elephant sanctuary experience was also average and not sure it was worth the time and money. The care takers there were very nice and did explain a lot of things. Our tour guide Tong was also very good and he did the best he could with the poorly designed and planned tour by the agency. I would not recommend it.

The experience was great as a first visit to Phuket I highly recommend although it can be a long day we made great memories and was made even better by our tour guide jennifer. Thank you for a great trip.

Really recommend this tour
It made our trip too Thailand even better
We saw so much in this tour and went for hours
We looked at other tours , but this one did so much and lots of places and experiences.
- From the rescued Elephants and feeding them,Old Town,Shopping time, Tradition Thai lunch(included), Temples, Plus the big temple on the mountain also and got blessed by a Buddha, Sunset and more
A massive thanks too our tour operator-Monk. His such a awesome person and the bus driver Vee
They would do anything too make your day even better

Totally recommend it too anyone that wants a tour of the elephants, attractions etc around Phuket
Great value for money cause it goes for hours and you go everywhere, not just one place.
I’m so glad we went on this tour and made our trip great- so happy we went on it
Our tour guide called Mong -was the nicest guys ever and would anything too make your day even better and the bus driver Vee
