I schedule a photoshoot for my birthday. The photographer was great. She meet all my reasonable requests. The issue is the Company's process for receiving your pictures. I was not happy about the 2 week turnaround time but knew that at time of booking. I was excited to get the email that my pictures were ready for view and download. The instructions provided stated to be careful not to download photos you don't want and if downloading to my phone they would be saved in files. There was over 1,100 pictures to review and pair down to the 30 downloads that came with the 2 hour session. I pressed view on multiple photos and at times the same photo. I downloaded 5 of the photos I viewed. At some point I was not able to continue downloading photos to reach my 30. I contacted the company and they assist that I reached my limit of downloads and actually went over the 30 allowed. I asked how is that possible and was told that I downloaded the same picture multiple times. Because I've reached my limit and exceeded it there was nothing they could do. I asked for the remaining 25 downloads because there must have been a glitch in their system. They assist there is nothing they can do I exceeded my limit. I don't show the alleged downloads in my files on my phone. I asked for the pictures I've allegedly downloaded and they sent me pictures with watermarks on them. If I downloaded shouldn't the watermarks be removed. I spent nearly $500 to only receive 5 pictures. I WOULD NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY

Anna was a wonderful photographer and a lovely person. We had a wonderful time with her. She took great pictures of my daughters around the city. It was very hot and she wasn’t complaining or rushing. The photos are spectacular and I can’t wait to have them in my home
