We have Bree as our guide. She is very helpful and caring. everything is perfect except two passengers kept on chatting with her loudly on the way back to Melbourne city…

Jacqui was a great tour guide, very informative and friendly. The tour is great, totally worth the money. We did 5 stops, all of them brilliant - most of all the penguins. Jacqui gave us all the good spots and tips we needed to make the most of every spot. I’d recommend this to anyone.

Jools and Gumnup were amazing!! She made sure we did not feel rushed at any of our stops but got to fully appreciate them. She also made sure to point out all the wildlife on our journey.

We had a wonderful time seeing the penguins. Jools and Gumnut brought so much fun and energy to the trip and even let everyone make song requests for the long driving sections. It was a great new years tour for our family.

The tour is well planned. Our tour guy Ash did great job explaining the rules and how we should meet. The music he played on the bus was great! The most important he pointed where to look for the penguins.

Philips island with Penguins parade is a must see things during family holiday to Melbourne. We alao may see Kangaroos, Wallabies,Wombats at the sanctuary.
Go West Tours is also recommended for its amazing tour guide named Lucy for her enthusiasm and knowledge about animals.
