While the town of petra is amazing, I noticed that the guidance provided in English was limited compared to other languages. Additionally, the pace of the tour felt a bit fast.

The company offers Russian and English speaking tour guides. We were with the English speaking tour guide and he was really informative at Petra and along the coach journey.
The journey takes a long time being about 9 hours each way, consisting of 2 coach journeys and a boat ride across the sea to Jordan. All of the transfers were completely handled by the company and they provided all forms and tickets needed to make the journey nice and easy.
At Petra the entry was payed for and the tour guide took us down to the Treasury and round to the Amphitheatre. Our guide provided a lot of insight into different parts of Petra as we made our way down and then we had an hour and a half of free time to look around the site and take our own photos after the guided tour.
After visiting Petra we went to a Restaurant in the nearby town where the meal was pre paid and only drinks were extra.
Couldn't recommend more for the price and it was one of the best experiences I have had on holiday.

Terrible trip booked English guide 70 % of time was Russian guide. English guide left bus 4 hours before Jordan trip ended, lousy food, lousy bus.

The trip was not a cheap one however it’s understandable as it involves getting quite the infrastructure in Egypt and Jordan. I wished we could have stayed longer in Petra rather than stopping so many times for short breaks in markets/shops. The drive between Petra and the port is around 2 hours but we stopped twice. Other than that, the guides on both sides were great. I would recommend the trip and although it takes 24 hours it is not tiring.

Disappointing. Your in Petra was with a guide that wasted your time in tourist traps and wasn’t knowledgeable. Too much time wasting during travel.

Definitely worth the money.
Petra is amazing and surpassed my expectations.
Our local guide was very informative and proud of his country. Definitely pack a coat though as it can get quite chilly on the night ferry.

Unfortunately cannot leave zero stars. Tour operator was disorganised from start to finish. Kept changing pickup times, asking for passport copies and hotel names (even though already supplied). Totally cancelled the trip once with less than 3 hours notice.
On rescheduled date (which was not negotiable and caused us issues) they turned up over an hour early (we were still asleep in bed) and gave us no time to get ready.
Abysmal disaster.

This was a 24 hour trip so quite enduring but Petra turned out to be far more than I expected. 2 or 3 days are really needed to appreciate it fully so this was an invaluable ‘taster’ visit. The travel arrangements were fine but it was along way on buses and the ferry just to get 3.5hrs walking down into and back out of Petra.

This trip was amazing! Not just the buildings but the whole area of Petra. Really knowledgable tour guide throughout the day.
We booked with them last minute as our other tour cancelled on us, and we are so glad - best part of our 10 day Egypt trip
