Faysal was our guide. He was such a professional and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the tour was enjoyable and met our needs. We wanted a tour that would go outside of Melbourne and none of the standard tours met our needs.
He had bottled water in the car as well as a phone cable for charging our phones.
We even unexpectedly got to take a train ride that usually requires advance tickets.
I would highly recommend a tour with this small business.

Our day along the Great Ocean Road was incredible. We went at our pace and even had time to do a helicopter tour over the Twelve Apostles. Highly recommended.

Melbourne Limolink is an amazing service. Besides some amazing vehicles the people behind it are very courteous and friendly. Faysal is a gentleman and very cordial. My husband, adult daughter, and I had a wonderful tour of the Great Ocean Road with Faysal this week. He customized our pick up time in Brisbane and had a very comfortable limo to spend a long day in. He took us to beautiful spots along the route and pointed out all the high points to be sure we missed nothing. He even stopped along the road to point out Koalas living in the trees in the rain forest! What a special day full of great memories. Thank you!

Our driver, Mohammad, was amazing! We saw the Great Oceans Road, Bells Beach, 12 Apostles, Wildlife Wonders Sanctuary (koalas & emus), and several breathtaking views from pull offs. Highly suggest!

I am so happy I found this company. We were met at the baggage claim at Melbourne airport and then transported in a very comfortable, clean, spacious and luxury car. I needed a suitable vehicle as I was still recovering from a double knee replacement. Faysal ensured I was comfortable and taken care of. He offered bottles of water which was so thoughtful after a long journey. We also used this service to do a tour of The Great Ocean Road for my birthday. It was such a great experience and a wonderful price. For our private tour, Faysal met us at our accommodation at an agreed time with chocolates which was a wonderful surprise. He was so attentive, professional and made our day incredible. I would recommend this company to anyone travelling into Melbourne and wanting to do private tours. I absolutely will book this service again.
