Really enjoyed this excursion,we were picked up near our hotel and our guide gave us an informative ride to the memorial. The open air bus we were in was a little noisy so we couldn't catch all of the narration but the bus was comfortable in the ride was very enjoyable. Once we were at the memorial the guide gave us instructions and our tickets and suggested the sequence of visiting the different memorials on site,
which was very helpful. Overall an incredible experience something I thought we'd never see.

Our guide was fun and fantastic! The tour bring us a sense of what those heroes experienced at the time, as well as enable us to honour them properly. We surely recommend!

Our driver Oli was the best part of the tour. Loved his humor and his take on Hawaiian culture and history. However the tour was too short. We didn’t have enough time tour the Naval museum on Ford Island or the Navy museum beside the USS Bowfin.

Honoring all those fallen service men was humbling. To see how they just went on with their lives to keep us free. It was an Awesome experience to stand where they stood. Would highly recommend to others!! Oli was very knowledgeable. Enjoyed his history and expressions.

Waikiki Trolley driver Oli was the most memento part of the tour. The grandkids loved his humor and we especially enjoyed his talks of Hawaiian culture and history. The time at Pearl Harbour was too short. We didn’t have enough time to visit the Naval Aviation Museum on Ford Island nor the other museums. The Arizona Memorial tour was on schedule, but the walk through the USS Missouri took up most of the rest of the time.

The Arizona and USS Missouri were very humbling. We had an excellent guide however he had to leave us at the Missouri and was late returning by 40 minutes. I think his company had him do something while we were touring but we shouldn’t have had to wait like that.

Waste of money and time. They don’t say that they require you to be picked up, so if you meet them at Pearl Harbor, they won’t give you your tickets! Their communication is as bad as it gets. I waited where the description claimed was the meeting spot for 2 hours before someone on this platform gave me a call, only to find out they can’t give me my tickets at the place we are touring! They literally wanted me to drive back to my hotel to get picked up. Not to mention, they wanted to start the tour 2 hours from that time, which would be 4 hours after the description claims it stated. I ended up doing it all myself. If you avoid this scam, you will save $120; you can do everything this tour scams you for literally 25$, and on your own time. The worst booking I’ve ever made, and I was very disappointed in this service for not refunding me despite the terrible experience which was all their fault (inaccurate descriptions, terrible policy, and bad communication). I’m still waiting on my refund… hope I save everyone money and time.
