Leave the busy Rome city to fall in love with the slow and the beauty life of locals in Frascati, the City of Wine.
Your day begins with a beautiful train ride to Frascati from Rome, during which you can admire the beauty of the countryside of Rome.
We will pick you up at the Frascati Station and show you all the amazing corners in town.
Then it will be time to reach our old wine cellar, where our family started with wine production.
Sip two types of our family’s best wines pairing with local meats and cheese.
Next all the necessary for making pasta will be ready, so it will be your turn to get your hands dirty. Wearing apron and mixing all the ingredients together while drinking wine you’ll turned up with your own handcrafted pasta.
So it will be magical to see what happened, your pasta will be cooked with your favourite Roman Sauce and that’s it! You’ll be ready to enjoy your own pasta sipping wine and relaxing.
You won’t leave our place before not have visited our wine cave!

Our host was delightful! The pasta and wine were delicious. We had a wonderful time and the trip from Rome to Frascati was easy.

What can I say.....other then well worth the money to do this trip. Staff,place and the history of it all was brilliant.
The wine ? had to be the sauvignon blanc for me,I actually purchased some to bring home.
Shown how to make pasta,so easy but tasted amazing.
We were lucky we had a great set of people in our class.
Frascati is a beautiful town,loved it there!
First class and well worth it.

Amazing experience! Nico was very knowledgeable about the wine and pasta and patient with our older grandparents during the tour. It was a MUST DO if you are in Rome!! It is a quick, inexpensive 30 minute train ride from Rome. Frascati is so fun to explore as well!!

Amazing experience! Short tour of Frascati followed by wine-tasting. The pasta-making was definitely the highlight! Well-guided and the group of 15 of us was small enough that allowed our teacher(sorry I forgot her name!) to give one-to-one guidance. The whole group with a range of ages from teenage to seniors was successful in making our pastas. It is then cooked in one of the four Roman sauces. I went for Amatriciana. One of the best dishes on my trip ??

What a fantastic experience. Frascati was beautiful! We enjoyed touring Frascati. The Wine Tasting and Pasta making was so much fun! It was a great meal too. This tour was one of our highlights of our vacation!

Such a great experience. The hosts were very knowledgeable and extremely welcoming. We had such a nice night learning to make pasta and we’re lucky enough to just have the two of us there, so a private tour. Would highly recommend to everyone looking to get out of Rome and see a smaller town and learn some new skills!

I really enjoyed having a guide who has a background in history. She had interesting facts to share about the town and its network of underground tunnels.
The actual pasta-making was well explained, and the pasta was delicious!

I had so much fun learning to make pasta! It was so easy and so tasty. I loved that it included a walking tour with the history of the town. I’ll definitely come back next time I’m in Italy!
