Learn how to make homemade fresh pasta easily and successfully. If you have flour and eggs you can make pasta and we will teach you the secrets. We will teach you to make RAVIOLI, TORTELLINI and TAGLIATELLE in a location in the centre of Florence. We will cook all the pasta we have prepared with 2 different sauces (tomato sauce and butter and sage) and we will then taste all together the pasta.
We will give you organic Tuscan wine produced with natural methods and bottled in our cellar called "Dalle Nostre Mani". Every participant will receive English instructions for making pasta at home, easily and successfully, by email at the end of the experience.

We learned how to make real Italian pasta. We had so much fun making the pasta from scratch and drinking wine. Our chef was super nice and helpful.

Jessica was a great instructor - lively, engaging, and kept us moving. The pasta was surprisingly easy to make and tasted delicious, as did the wine. Highly recommend- great group / family activity!

Loved the class and the set up! Had wine breaks and was a lot of fun. Wished we got to eat the pasta we made rather than it being cooked all together, but it didn’t change how much we enjoyed it!

We had a wonderful time learning how to make pasta. We met some fantastic people and didn't want to leave our dinner table! We made three different types of pasta and learned so much from our guide. The only drawback is we did not learn how to make the sauce/cheese ourselves, but by that point we were ready for wine and socializing anyway so we were fine with it. They did give us the recipe anyway. Would recommend for a nighttime activity while in Florence!

What a fun experience. Zero regrets. This is our 4th Viator activity in Italy. By far the best and most fun. Giacmo taught us so much as was such a sweet guy. The food was delicious, as were the spirits. Great to interact with other travelers and break bread together. Too my two teenagers who also had a great time.

My friend and I were so glad we bit the bullet and signed up for this class. Francesca was INCREDIBLE! She made our experience by being so professional, informative, sweet, and absolutely hilarious. She explained every step in detail, gave us tips throughout, and gave us the most beautifully plated pasta! We were very lucky to have her and had a blast getting to know others in our group. This is a must-do in Florence and will get you excited to make some when you return home as they provide recipe cards at the end!

Riccardo was the best pasta making chef you could ever have. His skill level was impeccable. His personality was just perfect. I love that he said this job was his hobby job. He basically meant pasta making was his passion. HIs passion showed. I feel like we won the lottery getting him as our instructor.

Our family did this together and really enjoyed it. Anna our chef was delightful and knowledgeable. I’m sure we’ll do this again at home.
