Well everything was good until the end. The atv was fun and the zipline was aight but that damn catamaran had me 38 hot🤬.
So I get ready to go snorkeling and i had a belt clip style case so I took the belt clip with phone in it off and put it with the rest of my groups stuff just for me to come back with just the phone missing. Lol got the belt clip though no phone 🚩 so I ask damn near everyone on the ship then my girl goes around asking and no one knows where the phone is including the CAPTAIN. Bout 5 mins later the girl I brought said that the CAPTAIN has a brother it’s his birthday can she be a bottle girl she say idc but I’m lookin fa my friend phone. Bout 15 min go by and I see my friend walk to me with my phone so I’m like where was it and these lying mf said they found it in the water. Now plot twist the CAPTAIN asked my girl are you ready for the bottle service and she said she not doin nun until I get my friend phone then the CAPTAIN said GO GET THE PHONE. They went to the bottom of the ship and got the phone. I’m telling you the level of disrespect and the lying I swear if I wasn’t on vacation nigga would have been thrown over board JAMAICAN STYLE FWWY

I visit Jamaica for the first time this pass January, and I can say I loved it! The party Cruise was lit! The Dj (DJ Howie) definitely had the crowd going!

This was an amazing time Ashley Rowe was incredible! Her vibe is positive and outgoing. I would go back just to for the experience! 10/10 recommend you will enjoy every moment, trust me!

Delroy, Nazair, Dewayne, Stephan, and the ladies working up front were amazing and very helpful! We booked for the ATVs and zip lining. Zip lining with Nazair was incredible, it was raining but we still had a blast! I would recommend Chukka Ocean Outpost at Sandy Bay!!

First, the transportation drivers got us there & back safely to Ocean Outpost Sandy Bay, Jamaica. We were assisted by LaShana. What a beautiful spirit. She was very nice, personable, and accommodating. Then we went to the bar to wait for our Zipline to began. At the bar we were very much entertained by Diamond & DJ Ronaldo, & LaShana. It was so much fun! Dj Ronaldo played all the right jams. It was a VIBE! CJ guided us to Zipline area. He's a very cool dude. Thanks to Raheem for helping us get ready for Ziplining. Afterwards we got ready for ATV Adventure. Stephan, Andre' and Andre' were absolutely awesome. Then finally we headed to the Catamaran tour where Captain Jamar and DJ Howie "Rocked the Boat" It was a PARTY from beginning to end . Thank you to Diamond, LaShana, Dj Howie, Dj Ronaldo and Capt. Jamar for a special tribute to my husband and I for celebrating 32 years of love. The Best Time of Our Lives! Looking forward to doing it again!

Used to be great but now Chukka Outpost sucks. I was picked up 7:15am for day trip with 25 of my friends to celebrate my birthday. I really enjoyed Chukka b4 and after covid, and wanted the same experience this year. Prior to trip I emailed group rep, Julianne Morris-McIntosh to send price list so my guest would be prepared on what to pay. Some wanted 1 tour some wanted 4 tours, but we all wanted same party catamaran tour end of day. I emailed Julianne repeatedly prior to trip, with no response. upon my arrival to resort, I spoke too and showed Jamaica tour representative the email and she told me she called Chukka to verify she could offer me the same packages for my guest. I knew some in group would be on different tours but didn't expect to be waiting around several hours 1st tours then to be lied to being told 5 in my group missed our tour, but we were sitting right next to DJ announcer waiting to be called. ( but why nobody looked for us???) Then Melissa manager rudely ignored me walking pasted me telling guide add my group to next group, then addressed me rudely telling me to move out of her VIP area where I was told wait in the shade by a nice staff member, who gave me a cold drink after noticing I was waiting hours in the hot sun for my 1st tour to start. While we waited few hours again a the pool bar for Catamaran tour, We were charge $60 for 2 Bob Marley Drink because we asked if they could use Patron instead of Rum. Bartender said No Problem. Afterwards we received a bill for $60 and was told the patron was $30 extra. the Zip line was only about 10 mins long and felt rushed from previous years. ATV was definitely shorter but my group made it fun. The real kicker was 3pm catamaran didn't start till almost 4pm and Groupsales emailed me a price list that stated power snorkeling but after putting on gear for snorkeling and asked for the powers machine, I was told they don't do power snorkeling anymore, I told captain that power snorkeling was what I paid for. I even showed the boat Captain the email, he said I was on the wrong boat then because his boat doesn't have the power pullers. My guest were in the water snorkeling for about only 15 min before being told its time to return to boat the party drinking music was only about 20 min long and only given rum punch, when on previous visits we were given snack too that helped soak up alcohol. I saw the snacks in a box behind counter but they were never brought up or offered to anyone. All i can say is Chukka has really downgraded from previous years I've gone only the horseback seamed still to be a good experience and the pool area with DJ is nice. Food very expensive $3 water, Beer $12, Patty$6, 6 winglets & fries $12..... bring your own food & Drinks Definitely not worth the $200 for a 7:15am pick up Montego Bayt too 6:30pm drop off for less than 2hrs of short tours. I say try tours close to resort . i will attach pictures for reference

I just got back from chukka tour with 24 ppl in my group, a few minutes ago And i'm writing a fresh review. This place has gone in the dumps since the last time I Was there in 2021. It is not worth the prices they charge. I spent $180. And waited three hours beFore bein clled for my 1st of 3 adventure which tured out to be a 15 minute zip line, 25 min ATV, drive, 10 min snorkling, 30 min music. I waisted 12hours 7:15 hotel pick up and 7pm hotel drop off Then disrespected when i complained and was yelled at on the catamaran for talking. They cut all the tour times on half and raised their prices. I was emailed price list from the group department,vbooked paid 24 ppl and then was told they dont do power snorkeling anymore, once I got on the boat l. On top of this they rip you off at pool bar. I got charged $60 fo 2 drink because i asked Bob Marley to be made Patrone instead of rum. So i got charged for 4 drinks instead of 2
I have visited chukka several time however i will never returned. I used to brag about this place but now it sucks..... DONT GO!!!!!

The photos provided seem a little dishonest or possibly old.
We were told by our resort to bring a laundry list of items and when we arrived we found out we also had to pay $10 to rent a locker…technically we could’ve just brought a towel and been good to go…that exchange felt dishonest.
We would have rather given that money to workers who did an amazing job!!! We loved the history lesson they provided as well. We would suggest they have a “tip basket” instead of having to tip the workers individually, that can feel very unfair and uncomfortable.
The chicken and rice and peas was dry…we needed a lot of sauce to say the least. But the festival was amazing!!
The zip line was cool but it was short and wasn’t as high as expected. The ATV’s we had to stay in a line and follow the instructor…that can easily get boring especially if you have a slow group. The party boat/snorkeling was fun. It’s definitely something to do; we would just say bring down expectations a bit before going.

There are a lot of options from ATV zip line horse back riding powers boats and party cruises I have a ball ziplining over water and ATV was fun but could have lasted longer. Everyone running the excursion were fun professional and knowledgeable

OMG!! What a fun time!!! The red squad at zip line was amazing (8/26), and so was the yellow squad at the ATVs (8/26). I felt super safe the entire time! I actually went first on the zip line and was SUPER SCARED, but the guys made me laugh and feel comfortable during the entire time!! WE DID 4 ZIP LINES, it was amazing. On the ATVs we got to go fast and explore but what I loved most, was that there was a tour guide every few feet closely watching after us! We ended things with the party bus and snorkeling (8/26). The reef was beautiful in the sea and the cruise team was GREAT! DJ was lit and the bartender TURNED THE PARTY UP! 5 OUT OF 5 STARS!! All of the staff was super friendly and fun. Great time! Definitely a place to go to while in Jamaica.
