Efficient tour to both Park Guell and La Sagrada Familia. I picked this version of the tours because it skips the line and killed two major stops with one stone. I appreciate the efficiency and that we saw and learned about both sites in a few hours. I would have liked more time in Park Guell but we did have to make our transfer to La Sagrada Familia.
Our tour guides were Irina and Terra who were very knowledgeable and even recommended a tapas bar that we ate at during our 45 min free time.
My one complaint is that there was too much lag time after the free time waiting to regroup for La Sagrada Familia which was a much larger group than the first half which I did feel was more intimate.
Logistically, finding the initial meetup spot was easy. However, the directions on the initial signup page differed from the confirmation email so it’s a good thing I double checked the day before. I did try texting the number provided to confirm but didn’t get a reply. Btw Julia is the company, not the tour guide which was my mistake.

Park Guell is simply a tourist trap. I recommend saving the money and doing just the Sagrada familia. Park Guell. Is a nice park but not a whole lot going on and they charge for everything separate.

Park Trip was great. You should tell people that the meeting point is not not at the main entrance.
The tour ended at 1115 and were at your office by 1130 near the Cathedral and had to wait until 1 pm for the tour. Would be better if the Cathedral tour starts at 12 noon.
We would not have booked this tour if we were told about the long time between the 2 tours

Random comments during visit - the guide spent a lot of time talking about details which were absolutely not of interest, to kind of maximizing the time spent, where less would have been better

I had an extremely unsatisfactory experience with a tour service called English Tour. Despite its name, the tour was predominantly conducted in Spanish, with very little English translation provided. This lack of attention to the advertised language was highly disappointing. Furthermore, the overall service provided by Viator was subpar, leaving much to be desired.

What an incredible tour - the first part looking around Park Guell with a very knowledgeable guide. Absolutely fascinating with breathtaking views over Barcelona. Air conditioned bus to transport us Sagrada Familia. Some free time before the tour enabling us to have a light lunch before going on a tour of the incredible temple. I've seen nothing like it before and don't believe I will see anything like it elseswhere - NOT to be missed!

My wife has medical issues and can't walk upstairs or upstaits Very fast I explained that to the tour guide but he never slowed anything down.Two times were completely out of site of the tour guide.and almost got lost.
