What could be better than a little exercise, great food (wine) & an informative guide to provide the history of the area and the cuisine. Louisa is clearly passionate about the beautiful city in which she is fortunate enough to live. We booked the Notre Dame tour and very glad we did as we wouldn't have explored these two islands to the same degree without the tour. We ate another three times in this district during our stay as a direct result of walking past places on the tour. True French cuisine and less expensive than the more high profile touristy places.

This was a fabulous experience and our young guide was informative and fun. He did a very nice job setting the table and presenting the food as the finale. Would certainly recommend this tour.

We walked through old Paris to wonderful cheese, meat, bread, pastry and macaroon shops. Fun and tasty with classic neighborhoods.

Matthew was an engaging tour guide, providing a few stops with some interesting history around Notre Dame, etc.
I thought the food tour was well structured - but may suggest spending more time around the market where the local produce was being sold and the fish market store as well. More because it was very interesting and would have been a fun additional item.
Enjoy the tour and would do it again!
