Julie was a great guide extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. It's very good tour highly recommend for those physically fit as it does involve a lot of walking

Excellent day with Jess, our knowledgeable, accommodating, and very friendly tour guide. Got to see many landmarks - Montmartre and Notre Dame (although they were still renovating from fire so we did not get to inside) and of course the main attractions of the Louvre. Lots of walking on this tour, uphill in some parts of Montmartre, so would not recommend if not up for that physically. We have had great success with Viator over the years!

The Tour Guy is a disorganized company with poor communication. I received an email with the time of the Eiffel Tower tickets that said 10pm. I could not go at 10pm that night, so I called customer service to see if I could switch to another day. No one answered, so I sent an email. After many emails and a long period of waiting for a response, I was told I couldn’t change the date. Fine. The day of the tour, our guide said the tickets were for 8pm that evening. I couldn’t go either way, but that was first miscommunication. We start the tour with headsets so we can hear our guide. When we get to the Louvre, we were given a restroom break before entering the museum. Our group had 18 people, only 15 entered the museum. Either our guide miscounted, or three random people entered with our group. Our guide didn’t even realize that three people were missing. Someone on the tour realized halfway through that three people weren’t with us. At the end of our Louvre tour, someone in our group ran into the three missing people and found out that they had to buy their own tickets and wait 45 minutes in line to enter. Our guide asked “were they sad?” I don’t think sad covers it. After we left the Louvre we ate lunch. We didn’t have a choice of restaurants, we had to eat at Cafe des Arts. The service was terrible and food was overpriced. After lunch, we didn’t get the headsets back, so we couldn’t hear what our guide was saying. I hope the three people that were left behind at the Louvre received a full refund.

We really enjoyed our tour guide Julie. There may have been a little bit too much time spent walking in the first neighborhood. The metro ride to the Louvre was fun. And just the right amount of time was spent inside the museum. We broke off from the tour after lunch so that we could use our Eiffel Tower tickets that evening. And it’s so cool that the boat down the Seine can be used anytime and is good for one year. So we are going to use today!

Be prepared for a big day. A lot of walking (but at a leisurely pace) as there is a lot to see. A great way to see so many highlights in a day. Skipping the Louvre lines was amazing as they looked likely to take several hours.

Our tour guide was radeka, she was the most vibrant and lovely lady, full of stories and information. She brought old pics and history pages and was answering all our questions. If one hass to do major part of paris in a single trip, this trip is MUST.

Fun filled day. Our guide Julie was extremely knowledgeable and knew her way around the city. She positioned us in the best photo spots and gave us so much information. I was amazed with her ability to keep an eye on the group even though we went at different paces. Excellent experience.
