Our guide a young lady was exceptionally knowledgeable and conversant on Parisian history. The tour time however was to compressed. The boat ride was a public water taxi and was useless. It left us insufficient time at the louvre. We were not taken to the museum entrance but left a quarter mile away with a here’s how you get there. Lunch at madame brassiere’s was very nice quite good in fact. In all not a good value

The company is excellent with regard to availability and follow up. I could not find the initial meeting point and someone guided me to it and stayed on the phone until I reached the location.Thereafter I decided to finish the tour independently and they called me to see if I was ok. If you want to avoid the hassle of booking on your own, I recommend this Agency because of the customer service was outstanding.

Lunch was fabulous! Tour guide Yemisi was fantastic. Group tour conductor left a lot to be figured out on your own. …There was…NEVER…a ‘flag’ or other identifyer. She was very disappointing…but Eiffel Tour guide, Edmund, connected us before things too out of hand. Several other clients complained on lack of information.

We had Yemisi as our guide she was very knowledgeable and just a wonderful all-around guide. She made us feel comfortable, and we really enjoyed ourselves.

My group of friends and I had only the day to tour Paris. We found what appeared to be a perfect tour for the relatively short amount of time we had. It looked like a nice, quick tour of many of the most famous sites. We were very excited to visit Paris.
Two days prior to our scheduled tour I received an email from the management side of the tour company that notified us that our tour had been, due to "capacity issues" moved from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM, but that we would still get to experience all the sites promised.
We waited for our guide at the pre-arranged location and found out that she had been there since 11:00 am and hadn't gotten the schedule change from management wasting crucial time that would have allowed the tour to proceed on the original schedule.
I have to mention that both guides appear to be very capable and quite professional. However, the schedule change greatly limited what they were able to accomplish based on the original published schedule. My complaint is not with them but with the poor management of the company.
We received a short, but nice, overview of the Eiffel Tower from our first guide who left us after about 30 minutes or so to ascend on our own to have lunch on the first level up. Lunch was great and the view was nice, as well.
We then went down to to meet the second guide at about 2:45, who again, seemed very capable. He took us on a taxi for a quick photo opportunity in front of Notre Dame and then to the pyramid in front of the Louve. We spent about 45 total minutes with him. We then had less than two hours to tour the Louve when the advertised period of time was supposed to be three hours.
We did not:
"Ascend the Eiffel tower using the elevator with our experienced tour guide. Broaden your knowledge of the city and of Paris." We went up on our own.
Nor did we Pass by the Parc du Champ de Mars, Invalides, Basilique du Sacre- Coeur de Montmarte, Arc De Triomphe, La Defense, Jardin des Tuileries or Arc de Triomple du Carrousel.
We did not take the Seine River Cruise as there was not time to do so. The company recommended we do it on our own that night without the services of the promised guide. Due to our schedule it was not possible.
Frankly, I wish we had used another company. My best estimate is we only received 20% of what we were promised.
When we complained to the company they promised to refund only their cost of the Seine Boat Cruise to us. At this writing, I have not received that partial refund.
We paid over $900 for this disappointing experience. We did not come close to getting what we were promised.

We had a great day! Our guide was fantastic. Even though it was very cold, he kept our attention with his indepth knowledge of D-Day.
