I would start by saying when we were able to access our pass, it was good. Driver good. Unfortunately I got a 3 day pass, today is day 2 and my tickets have gone and had to pay 18 euros (36 aud) to get taxi back to hotel. Currently waiting on either viator or tootbus to respond to my contact and reinstate my pass

My husband and I totally enjoyed the ride. We had very little time in Paris but we got to see so much on the Hop on Hop off. Would do it again.

There is a issue with their service , sometimes the bus arrives after half or one hour . It wasted our time too twice and secondly they start stopping 6 pm so one has to either taxi or walk back .Need to improve their service further.

The bus was essential to us to see the major attractions in Paris, as I had a knee injury and was not able to walk all that far. The bus stopped at all the tourist spots and the buses came regularly.

Was a good way to get around. Be aware that at the end of their work day you have to get off where that might be so plan accordingly.

One of the best days we spent in Paris . We started in the bus tour which is excellant then got off at the Eiffel tower had some lunch and took the Seine Cruise . It was such a hot day the river trip was wonderful. The commentary was informative we saw so much of Paris from the river. We hopped back on the bus to return to Notra Dam where we were located . It was so simple to book and the buses come regularly so no waiting around

Easy to book tickets online, app was user friendly to track buses on route.
River cruise was great, not overcrowded.

These are the things I really loved:
1. How easy it was to book the ticket online, then to find a stop and board the bus.
2. The app was helpful, especially the map showing the live location of the route. I wish the map could be full screen though!
3. Another thing I really liked, was how slow the bus driver went, so that the people unboard could take precious photos of the beautiful attractions. In many instances, he stopped the bus next to the attraction for a good amount of time, to let those onboard take photos.
4.The price was much cheaper than the "BigBus" tour also, which is why we chose TootBus.
It was very enjoyable and I will recommend this tour to my family and friends, for when they choose to visit Paris in the future!
Priceless memories of the beautiful city of Paris!

We purchased a two day pass and did the complete trip almost twice, it is a good way to get around and see the main sites. The hour cruise was good and not too packed unlike other boats. The commentary was in several languages and was a bit basic, I would have preferred a bit more detail. First day got on after a light shower and all seats were wet but such is life.

The bus advertised like 28 location and on board commentary about the sights. In fact they made only four commentaries and all were about a woman from Bristol, baguettes and Paris traffic.
We learned nothing in the entire 1 1/2 hours on the bus.
My advice is: "Don't waste your time. That the Big Bus instead."
