Couldn't find the boat. Called 3 times to ask where boat was located and the man was rude would not give directions.

Small boat, with departure/ returning point slightly out of the way, somewhat unnerving at night for anyone vulnerable or women alone.
We had window seat offering good view, unfortunately no commentary to tell you where you were or what to look our for. For disappointing, small portions, average quality.
Personally, don't waste your money paying for a meal here, book on one of the larger tour boats ,with commentary, and have a meal in a restaurant or the street food cente by the Tower, which is both better value and quality to eat.

I need to talk to someone as we tried calling for directions and could not get through to anyone and could not find the boat as I was told it was across from Eiffel Tower so we missed our dinner and boat tour. Was so very disappointed. Can I get a refund as phone # would not work snd could not get ahold of anyone!

The boat is designed for you to view from any place at the dining room... the top roof is very romantic and cozy... the views of the city were amazing. Food was good.

Perfect from start to finish. Very good meal as well as a very pleasant view. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The best point is undoubtedly the roof with its magnificent view.

It’s not the fault of the company that it rained but they need to figure out how to de-fog the windows when it does. Other boats we passed didn’t have the same problem.
I thought the food was fine but my two not-usually-picky-family members weren’t keen on it.
Plan your route to the boat carefully and follow the instructions given because it’s further than you think and can be tricky to find. From Musee D’Orsay it took us about 30 minutes by metro.
