The tour is good but you can’t hear the audio when you’re upstairs. They don’t tell you to download the app unto you get there. It is too late because signal was not good.
I missed a lot of the important spots

It was nice seeing the sights at a glance and learning more about many things in the area. It was one of the highlights of our visit to paris.

Long queues to get on boats but an enjoyable cruise along river. Disappointed didn’t go down as far as notre dame as advertised. Interesting audio.

When I booked the tickets , it asks to select the audio language, which I did. Then you get to the boat and the overhead audio is in French and it’s loud. You can scan a QR code to hear the facts in your own Language but I didn’t have headphones so I couldn’t hear it . So we basically had no idea what they said the whole time . There were some phone looking things there that supposedly translate that also didn’t work .

We were on an overly crowded boat and the top deck was closed. The views from inside were less than spectacular as we could only see the boats and graffiti covered concrete walls lining the river. It was impossible to see the landmarks being described by the narrator.

A very nice relaxed experience. We sat up top and had a great view of everything. Note chairs are more comfortable inside, as outside is just a bench. the boat offers you a QR code to scan for an audio companion or you can just listen to the occasional broadcasts from the boat about points of interest. For us it was a value to sit a while as we’ve been walking non stop. Boat was clean and had rest rooms aboard. Easy to use digital tickets that scan right off your phone.

Don’t bother; the queues are insane and the boat is closed off except for a few seats on the roof and around the edges; some of the sliding doors also couldn’t open - (however your ticket is valid for a month from date of booking so if you want to go with this option, book for your first day in Paris so that you have options) - even cruises are the busiest time so suggest morning.
Cruise goes extremely fast via the main sights; live commentary is very average; most of the handsets were broken and the audio on the few that worked kept breaking up. Staff not that helpful - sort of just shrugged when we told them the handsets didn’t work and they blamed it on guests pulling on the wires.
There are many other options along the Seine that have no queues, much more rooftop seating and outdoor seating downstairs.
