Waste of time, honestly don’t bother.
The ‘commentary’ is limited and they no longer offer the audio guide unless you have your phone with you. Clearly their audio system is broken so the resolution was to make people use their own.
Also they knowingly cruise when the tides are unfavourable and they can only do half the trip due to tide levels. They just cruise the part they can do really slowly to use up the time.
Waste of money and waste of time.
Tour operator cares very little about not fulfilling their tour, which in all honestly must happen all the time if it’s tidal!

Bateaux Parisiens boat trip very disappointing. Started at foot of Eiffel Tower... Supposed to go as far as ile St Louis.. And back... However boat turned at louvre missing out sights 8 and 9...8 being Notre Dame.. Which was why we booked the trip... Took us down the river and the sights that we saw instead were very uninteresting!

We were extremely disappointed with this cruise. The commentary was the worst part, basically non existent. If you are looking for a cruise to see the sights while also listening to commentary that explains what you are seeing, this is not the cruise for you. Seating was not great, if someone was standing outside then you couldn’t see the sights. The top deck was closed due to water conditions so maybe it would’ve been better sights if that was open but either way the lack of commentary alone would make me not do this again.

This was one of the worst tours I have ever been on. No prompts for the audio tour of historical landmarks. Audio tour info that did exist was tepid and boring and limited. Stood in line for over an hour to get on the boat and feel like we got no useful information. Also - rooftop was closed because “water was too high” but a different boat by same company went by with people up top. I never leave reviews but this is a 100% hard no do not recommend that ruined our last night in Paris.

had I known the ticket only got you a ticket to go on the boat I wouldn’t have bought this. Probably my bad for not reading more but we got to the location and then was told it was a 3-hour wait in a line to get on a boat and it wasn’t guaranteed to get on. I would have rather booked a cruise that you chose the time for and had that guaranteed. Definitely didn’t research as much I should have sadly but be prepared to wait in a long line

Booked outside the venue in the queue, only to be told they had a second queue further away that we had to join, which was more than twice as long. Tried to cancel as it'd only been a few minutes since booking, but was initially refused.

Was better if there was some coordination on board. Too many people just blocked the view of a lot of persons that was sitting on the window seats.

We thought the cruise went up around Notre Dame Cathedral but it did not! It was good, fun to be out on the Seine. The commentary phones were not very engaging. Just ok.

We never even made it onto the boat. Spent time traveling there and the queue was so insanely long. Waste of time and money.

Vending machines not working and ladies toilets disgusting. Took last boat ride of evening. Boat not cleaned between rides. Only one vending machine working
