We are the only ones to offer two distinct experiences during the same evening, a 2h30 cruise divided into two parts. A day before the dinner and cruise, we got told the ship will sail and we cannot get a refund. The river levels are too high, however when we arrived for the dinner the dinner only on the boat, we could see many similar size boats sailing. Very disappointed

Uber driver followed request to pick-up spot in email and nothing was demarcated. No clear indication of where we’re supposed to be. Obviously we did not have a birthday dinner cruise!!!!!?

The experience was magical. The food was delicious, the singer wonderful and scenery divine.
I would definitely recommend this experience to other vistors.

The singer was the best.For people who never been in Paris, it was kinda disappointing. It was the first time for my friend and there was no explication about what we are seeing.

Great views of Eiffel Tower but the food was not good. And hard to see anything unless on rooftop. But it was rainy and cold when we went so couldn't stay long . Save the $$$ on food n eat before or after

There was no communication. I had to call to give my food order. 2 days later they called and said they didn’t have my food order. We were eating our meal and then we noticed people getting up and leaving to go to the upper deck. We followed them and saw that we were passing the Eiffel Tower. No crew members said anything about the Statue of Liberty as we passed by. The entertainment was very short. They singer took a long break after singing only about 5 songs. No crew members made announcements of any kind. Food was poor. I definitely would not recommend.

We had a wonderful time on this dinner cruise. The food was delicious, singer was very good background music, the boat wasn't super crowded which was nice. Place was easy to find and board.

Food was very good. Staff was very polite and attentive. The singer was great! My only complain is the chairs were uncomfortable and I was hoping they would announce landmarks as we were going.

Very difficult to locate boat. Yacht "hotel" is misleading..should be listed as a yacht or boat. There was no verbal tour of sights we were passing in the dark. Staff was not very accommodating either.

This was the worst, the directions were awful, once on the boat there was not a guide to point out the places or history of the tour. Viator should be more careful in vetting tours. I will get in touch with Viator tours for reimbursement. I’m
