How lucky you are, getting to explore Paris! We don't need to tell you just how magical this city is, but we can tell that with one of our hosts by your side, you'll see the authentic side of Paris in a personalized experience created specifically according to your schedule and bucket-list. There are of course some staples you’ll want to see, like the Eiffel Tower (hello IG) and Notre-Dame Cathedral, but you could also hop off the tourist trail to discover the lesser known spots- the ones with effortless Parisian chic where the locals love to hang.

Within 24 hours after booking you'll receive a short questionnaire about your personality and interests. Based on your responses, you'll be assigned a like-minded host. Your host will communicate with you directly to suggest an itinerary to help you discover what makes the city unique. You will also agree on a meeting time and place. Discover Montmartre, perhaps the city’s most quintessentially Parisian district. Del did a wonderful walking tour of Paris for our family on Christmas Eve. She was super friendly and gave a great overview of some of the fun areas like Galleries Lafayette, the Christmas market and the Opera house.

We paid a fair premium for a PRIVATE skip the line tour. Met the tourguide at 11, to find out we were part of a group of 15, and had to take the metro to the palace. Once there we had to walk 15 minutes from the train. And then we had to wait 20 minutes for the guide to get our tickets. Then another 30 for everyone to go to the bathroom. So it took TWO HOURS to “skip the line” for what was a 1 hour NOT customized and NOT private tour!!!! Save your euros!!!!

Del was an excellent tour guide especially for first time travelers like us. She seemed knowledgeable, respectful, engaging and patient with the kids and more importantly appeared to be passionate about her job. She suggested a practical itinerary including the opera theatre, Lafayette shopping mall, Christmas park, louvre museum as our itinerary, picked us up from our hotel lobby, helped us with the metro tickets, travel.

We felt very happy and satisfied with the tour and would highly recommend her for families and folks visiting Paris for the first time!

Fred took us on the walking tour and we went up to Sacre-Coure, which was absolutely beautiful and the view was incredible. We went to Notre Dame, a chocolatier and other wonderful places. Fred is friendly and accommodating.

Roffy was amazing and was the highlight of our trip to Paris. She is special and really cared that we experienced French culture and not just Paris. We saw many great sites and she always communicated good history and cultural facts that really enlightened our tour. We really enjoyed our day with Roffy!

Our initial proposed itinerary for a tour of Paris was a bit ambitious, we booked the 3 hour walking tour. After I'd booked, our guide, Hristo got in touch promptly and he kindly suggested we focus on just one neighbourhood- Montemarte. We had been to the neighbourhood before and loved it, but didn't have a tour. Second time around with Hristo and his expertise, knowledge and storytelling, it took our experience to a whole other level. 3 hours flew by and at the end we were left with a magical experience that we will talk about in years to come.
We wouldn't hesitate to book Hristo again in Paris to explore some other neighbourhoods- his communication was effortless and we loved his passion for the history of Paris. Will book again!

The Viator website was solid and easy to use but the real gem was our tour guide Rahul. He was a gracious and polite gentleman that looked out for us both physically and ensure we had a great experience while seeing Paris. We are very happy, but tired, tourists.

Tip: Consider saving $ by going directly to City Unscripted vice Viator for this great service.
