Skip the line was great, as the museum was very crowded and the ticket line was very long.

The museum was beautiful, the best part was the VR impressionist exhibit. We had a fabulous evening dinner & watched the sunset. Only thing was reservation time on ticket incorrect, stated to be there by 4pm when in fact museum closed at 9:45p. Clarification on hours of operation needed as we rushed to get there.

Musée D’orsay was great! We got to skip the line to go right in.
Had to wait a bit for the river cruise, but not too long!

Awesome experience. We didn't know if we could make it to the Muse D'orsay on our last day, but Viator was able to find us tickets without the lines. Magical!
I would recommend using Viator for all your travel experiences (at least in Paris). We booked a tour for the Louvre that was also quite amazing!

Don’t pay extra for the exhibit- you will see with general ticket. Take advantage of Musée l’Orangerie on the same day to see Monet’s waterlilies. It is close and free with ticket.

The Orsay Museum was exceptional. It was great value for money and would recommend to anyone. The Seine River Cruise was ok.

Requesting Refund. Due to rainy, windy weather, Seine River Cruise was cancelled. VIA-1122651643. Viator isn't responding to applying for a refund.

Even though we had tickets, we had to wait in line 2 hours before getting in and we never got the river cruise vouchers - we asked the information staff where we could pick them up and they knew nothing about it and said it wasn’t something they offered. Very disappointed and feel like it was a scam, this was the second tour in two days we booked with Viator that didn’t work out
