The musée d’Orsay is spectacular and we highly recommend it. The boat cruise was convenient and a little disappointing as we did not go all the way to notre dame.

Great trip through Paris via the Seine- touristy yes but easier than trying to walk everywhere ( although we did that too!) worth the money and smooth sailing
The Musee D’Orsay skip the line feature is huge- we were able to see the Van Gogh exhibit as well- though we had to wait in line for that

We only had one day in Paris, so I bought tickets in advance. Very wise decision! Lines for visitors without tickets were incredibly long. There was a bit of confusion of how to use the vouchers for the boat tour, but it all worked out perfectly. The Musee D’Orsay and the Seine River cruise will be treasured memories!

Could not get into the museum. You first canceled my guided tour and then I bought an advance ticket that had a two hour wait.
When I contacted your help desk they couldn’t help me. You accept no responsibility for the cancelled tour and left me with no options.
I have been a past customer and will never again. You ruined an important day in Paris and I am still out a hundred dollars.

My family loves using Viator for last minute tickets. You pay more but you don't spend your day waiting in line. We have yet to utilize the the Seine River tour, but it looks like it is pretty nice too.

The Orsay Museum is amazing, the building itself is worth the trip. We spent three hours there and probably only experienced half of the contents. It also has a great restaurant for a light lunch (and a glass of vin). The river cruise lasts an hour and you do see many of the key sites along the Seine, just a shame the Notre Dame is still half covered in scaffolding.

Loved musée dOrsay! Beautiful historic train station and lovely art. Did not use the boat tour. We had already done one and we were out of time.
