There was no transportation as advertised. After paying for dinner show with transportation we got an email there will be no transportation to the show but transportation will be provided after the show. There was no bus after the show and it took us half an hr to get a taxi and had to pay for taxi both ways. When we got to the place the guide wasn’t there on time to give us tickets and we had to wait in line for a long time. Advertisement is wrong. Show was great .

The show is just wonderful, fantastic.

The show is amazing, worth very dime. The food is gourmet and it was good! The ambiance, the band during dinner.! Everything was very impresionable!
So glad we did the show and dinner! If you are in Paris you Must see this show.
Viator agent was waiting for us to give us our tickets and everything went smooth.
We opted to do our own transportation in and out of the show but transport was offered and included with our tickets.
I would strongly recommend telling the Viator agent that you do want the transport specially out of the show which ended around 10:45 Pm and taxi cabs were charging a premium for rides.
Viator is reliable and has been my best app for all my tours and last minute expeditions when traveling in Europe

Tickets were expensive ! and no transport was offered or provided even though it was advertised. The actual show was sensational with dancing girls and acrobatics not to be missed. However, food provided was below average and I would suggest that you do the show only and book directly with moulin Rouge.

The show, which has nothing to do with Viator, was amazing! The Viator experience however was terrible. When we contacted both Viator and the tour organizer, Paris City Vision, we were told that transport was NOT included (even though we paid for this option). We spent over an hour on the phone with Viator who offered no help. We will never purchase tickets through Viator ever again!!

I HAVE THE BEST SHOW I EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE! Moulin Rouge show was a ROCK STAR!!! I enjoy the performance and songs. The dancers were very talent and unique movement to watch. Woah their costume was super awesome and very fashion. The long is very long and you should get there 1 hour before the show start. There is over 900 people attend for each shows. IT was totally worth it to go to show and pay over 120 Euro. I purchase my ticket like over 2 months ago. This show is SELLOUT!! Trust me it is totally worth it and No REGRET.
I know it was raining but it would been nice tour guide was outside by sign. Instead I have to wait for 20 minutes in cold and rain. I wasn't impressive. also, I didn't think tour guide wasn't professional and I ask him repeat nicely. he get kind of upset he need to repeat.

The show itself was great fun and included some surprising acrobatic acts along with the expected dance and vocals, including (of course) a rousing "can can" that found the audience wildly clapping. The show tickets with dinner would have been about $550 for a couple if one could have purchased directly from the Moulin Rouge - available well in advance, before the tour groups/secondary sellers buy their blocks.
The dinner was good, not great. Even though the dinner was described as a bottle of champagne (per couple), our waiter only offered red and white wine. When I pointed to the champagne notation on the menu, he said that red or white wine came with our meal.
Paris City Vision, then, would have taken the remaining $160 (for a couple) as their fee for providing transportation to/from the venue and brokering the tickets. When we received our vouchers from Paris City Vision, it noted a meeting point that was a considerable distance from where we were staying (further away from the Moulin Rouge than we were), so we organized our way to the venue by Metro. As it happens, there were several different meeting points that we were not aware of - one of which was fairly close to us, so we accept responsibility for not inquiring about this option to get there - but we did then sign up for the transportation option on the return. Alas, the show ends at 10:30 and everyone must leave the building so the venue can be prepared for the next show...and, for a reason we did not understand, the transportation back to the various meeting points was not going to arrive till 11:10. Rather than stand outside on a chilly night, we found our own way back. Our disappointment, then was not the Moulin Rouge show, but with the dinner and the lack of transportation.

A must no miss experience! Definitely a bucket list item. The food & service was excellent & the costumes were amazing.

The tickets are VERY expensive, and the sits are not convenient.
The event does not fit the price.
There was not transportation as promised and you could expect better food served at the dinner.

I didn’t find this worth the money. The food is horrible! Because I bought thru a tour group instead of the show direct you are basically sitting on the stage. There wasn’t transportation even though you pay for it I’ve done many tours thru viatour and this is my only bad experience. On another note the iconic windmill had fallen off 3 days prior.
