Take in the best views of Paris and the Eiffel Tower from the 56th floor of the Montparnasse Tower. Go straight through security before riding Europe's fastest elevator up to the top of the tower and seeing Paris stretched out before you.

This was a great place to start our visit to Paris. Unfortunately it was a cloudy evening, so no real sunset. But it was interesting to see Paris from so high up. They provide a lot of history of the surrounding area with virtual reality head sets. Watching the lights of Paris was wonderful. Don’t forget to go to the very top observatory for an ever better view. The one star is taken off for the worn appearance of the area. The Tower is planned for a major renovation which it badly needs as it is looking quite dated.

Good weather and great views 360 degrees around. There is a clever 6 minute movie that loops, showing lifelike renditions of Paris in Roman and Medieval times and during the 1889 Worlds Fare when Gustav Eiffel’s tower was built

Great view of the Paris. The walk around windows made gave view from all sides. Will tell anyone visiting Paris to put this on the list of things to do.

Easy way to book tickets to the tower. No waiting in line and great views! We had no problems getting into the tower. A little more specific directions on which door to enter would have been helpful-we almost had to walk around the whole building!

Great views but some of the staff here are very rude. Told to drink my champagne because a cleaner didn’t want me to take it on an observation area but then told it was ok. And rude lady in the cafe which was empty told me to move to a table for 2 not 4 😂

Fantastic view of Paris and did not feel rushed. Spent a long time up on the top. No one asked us to hurry or push us to finish our experience.

We had plenty of time on the roof with an excellent view of the sparkling tower. On a windy night be prepared and dressed to stay warm as there is no area to totally escape the elements.

I can recommend the observation deck. You have a 2 hour window to attend the time slot. Superb view all over the city.

It's okay - could probably do with a bit of a touch up. Compared to other observatory towers we'd visited in other major cities around the world it didn't feel as well put together. Still, great views of Paris.
