You will be in control of your creations from start to finish, from the moment you lay eyes on the recipe for the first time to the moment you take your creation out of the oven.
I will be at your side to guide you and to teach you, with full explanations, the techniques you need to guarantee your baking will be a success!
At the end of your experience, we can taste what you have baked and chat about your trip to Paris and I’ll also be happy to give you my culinary advice, recommendations and opinions.

This was a very fun and very cool experience!! The teacher seemed a bit exasperated we were a few minutes late and we were the last class of a long day but kids had fun as did parents!

This was so fun and the highlight or our trip. chef Sarah was excellent and made the entire experience delightful! Would def take another class with them if we return to Paris.

Being with family during Christmas was wonderful as was the baking class. Our instructor was fabulous, knowledgeable and most of all patient with us!

Loved this macaroon class! When I showed up, I was the only student! Chef Sarah was a joy to work with. Gave many hints and suggestions for baking macaroons successfully. Take this class if you are in Paris! Best part is you take your finished macaroons home with you for all to enjoy!

Julie was fantastic. The class was great and even my 8 year old left so proud of himself with macaroons that he couldn’t wait to show anyone that would listen! We had the best time and while Paris has been beautiful, this was the highlight.

This was such a fun experience with Sarah. We learned, laughed and ended up with an amazing macaron and recipes for future use. We are a group ranging in ages from 9 to 68. Everyone enjoyed!!
